Came at 4:30 to change a money order which is cash money pretty much for locksmith services and with more than 4k in the account. Teller is telling me cannot retire $75.00 and will be available tomorrow , what about the rest of the money sitting there!! What a shame for those workers that does not want to work or shame on bank that todays date does not clear a mínimum of just 75$ …….

Leaving Wells Fargo after years. Had tried for 3 month to open an account to my daughter, she is a Citizen but born in Cuba and don't allow to her for a law against Cubans. Silvia Lopez Never helped and did not want to help or care if we leave or not Wells Fargo. Opened account with Chase to my family same day with no problem

Useless ! Unable to call the bank and be able to speak to someone! I don't know why have a phone number and that option if no one is willing to answer the phone. I even went to the bank and called from inside the bank to show them. They were all available without customers. Gladly I did not open an account with them since I saw this happen. Bye! Good luck!

The worst in Florida, the lady that attended me when I came in gave me wrong information on how to solve my claim and then made me waste 45 minutes to not be able to give me the account statements.

Through this review for the Wells Fargo Bank located at 9600 sw 40th st Miami FL 33165, I would like to show my gratitude towards the staff who answered all my concerns today, especially to CARLOS GARCIA, who helped me with the information for International Wire Transfers. This must be one of the worst Wells Fargo branches. I have had an account with this bank for almost three years. I plan an appointment and they call me from the branch to confirm the appointment and asking a number of questions that really seem like immigration agents, I don't even wait for the day of the appointment, however, I confirm that if I am going to go to the appointment and when I hang up I receive a message that my appointment has been cancelled, my question is what are these people playing, it gives the impression that they do it to avoid working or to avoid clients I don't understand anything

The worst customer service. They make you make an appointment and when you arrive at the appointment they make you wait 30 minutes. The bank is also empty and without employees. The managers look at you and give you no explanation as to why they are taking so long. The service and treatment is terrible. After this experience I am seriously thinking about to open my account in another bank

The branch does not have ATM Drive thru, which s very inconvenient specially for Business Customers whom have to walk with the money to the ATM to make deposits then the transaction become very unsafe. Please take close attention, we have complained several time and being ignored.

Today, 12/20/22, I went to this branch and two employees, doing nothing, did not want to help me solve a simple problem that the same bank caused by canceling my Zelly service for the simple reason that I had not used it for two months. I am a customer. I've been from Well Fargo for 5 years and I think I'll switch to Chase.
