The worst customer service. They make you make an appointment and when you arrive at the appointment they make you wait 30 minutes. The bank is also empty and without employees. The managers look at you and give you no explanation as to why they are taking so long. The service and treatment is terrible. After this experience I am seriously thinking about to open my account in another bank

The branch does not have ATM Drive thru, which s very inconvenient specially for Business Customers whom have to walk with the money to the ATM to make deposits then the transaction become very unsafe. Please take close attention, we have complained several time and being ignored.

I should not even give one star to Wells Fargo today. It used to be a terrific bank which my family and I have used for over 36 years...however I will make a point to search for another much more professional and responsive bank. Had to call and go online to the main bank and two Miami Florida branches with no one answering my telephone call or being able to assist. Horrendous service!

I absolutely hate going into this Wells Fargo branch for any reason. I only go there to make deposits for someone I know who banks there. I always have to wait in line for a minimum of 15 minutes because the tellers "do not know how to assist their customers", which leads to the customers "arguing with the tellers" and this wastes everyone else's time.

Adolfo Leplon Chang! the absolute worst banker ever! Has No idea what he is doing. Does not have the correct work attitude, tries to find any and every excuse to make it impossible to open an account. Terrible job whoever hired this guy. Terrible customer service! Terrible! I have 6 accounts with wells fargo. 3 business and 2 personal, tried to add an operating account for a business that I already have opened at wells fargo, the sunbiz he decides to investigate and call internal wells fargo to report that all my accounts were opened and only one last name is reflected on sunbiz as opposed to 2 last names on drivers license. I also had a new drivers license and he did not want to add it in the system wanted me to come back with my old license so he didnt have to update my profile... I hope I get the review email negative 0!!!! NEVER COMiNg BACK TO THIS BRANCH!!!!!! p.s; went to another branch and opened business account NO PROBLEM :)

My experience at the bank of 10815 Sunset, attended by the personal banker Tania Aguilar we told her that we wanted to close a savings account where we were, my wife, me and my son Peter and open another with the same amount of money but in the name of My wife Lourdes only and with my son and I as beneficiaries, she said that "it could not be possible" and that the three of us had to be present, we told her that our son is deployed in Minot AIR FORCE BASE in ND and he could not travel. I had another checking account with my RIP mom, I told her "no" to close the account, to take out my mom, she said she couldn't and that she had to close the whole account; to that account, my Social Security and my mother's SS money arrived (when she died 04/25/2029 I took the death certificate to the bank) and they took her out of the account, they had done in April I had that changing everything, my payments to credit cards, FPL Water, cable etc etc etc it took me two days to make all that change and go to social security to give them the new account number with a special form that Tania Aguilar gave me, they are very inept, and do not know the rules or obtuse that did not learn them; We went to see Mrs. Barbara Fernadez at the Bird and 97 Ave branch and she told us that they didn't help me at sunset, Barbara is an expert with more than 35 years, and she opened a savings account for my wife, she put my Son Peter and me as beneficiaries, she told us she was sorry for what happened to me, at the Sunset branch, my relationship with Wells Fargo is more than 25 years old, even the mortgage we financed with you, before it was much better, never, never, I should have come to this agency, again, Until never, inept, with no desire to help. Those are the people who ruin companies.

Garbage. They make everything extremely difficult at this branch . My family and I have had accounts with wells Fargo since it was southeast bank long ,long ,long time ago as my father worked for them over 15 years . These guys complicate a simple deposit . Not a helpful place .

They don't answer the phone (305) 229-2080. Either the Wells Fargo Sunset Branch. I wonder if any banker in Wells Fargo Branches of Miami answer phone calls. Why they publish a phone number in the Wells Fargo website if they are not in use?

The Customer Service at this Branch is real bad. I requested ordered temporary checks, Bank tellers wrote wrong Account number on the checks, Caused a big Nightmare for my Business Corporation. 3 Months ago the Branch Manager gave me wrong information about a Sba Loan that I was applying for? She turned me away, Went to another Branch and applied for same loan and was given info about it. Please avoid Banking at this Wellsfargo Location and Wellsfargo period.
