10 minutes seating on the Commercial Teller windows and no one cane to the window, there cars so waiting on the regular lines, I had to park and go inside. Why have a teller drive thru if no one is there, they had the green light on the lanes. I hate coming to Wells Fargo. I only come because of my job use them to bank.

Horrible treatment, no cashier to answer the line, I spent more than 30 minutes without anyone attending the box and no other bank staff took that position. The waiting time for the box exceeds 60 minutes. Branch with very bad customer service.

Most understaffed unprofessional bank I've ever been to. I will be taking all of my money out of Wells Fargo over this experience. I don't feel comfortable not being able to get my money when I need it

The wait it’s unbelievable, I had 12 people in line in front of me today,I had to stand for over 30 minutes, only 1 cashier, most of the customers were elderly and I felt so bad they had to be standing in line for such a long time
