Natalie Navarro is an absolute disgrace to this bank and the banking community as a whole. My little cousin moved the the US and waited 10 days for an appointment at his school branch, and when he finally got to Natalie's desk she refused to open his bank account.Initially the issue was that he didn't have a proof of address which I can understand, so I immediately sent him our lease which has both our names it, she then refuses to accept it since it isn't an "original with ink signatures", which we know wince we used DocuSign to sign this with our landlord.The manager Anna Maria Thevenin got involved as well. It was then determined that the document was acceptable but since they ran out of time, they requested it be printed but that it was too late for today because they were "booked".The next appointment available is a week later. Needless to say, we won't be making another appointment.This is a terrible way to treat your clients, no wonder you guys were caught opening fake accounts to create fake revenue...

I came to the back to cash a check. The guy who came to help wasn’t not polite at all. I asked where to park and they couldn’t provide details. The transaction required me and my wife. I explained them that I had my kids in the car and I could begin with the process and then switch to my wife. Very rude, the guy told me, no (black and white) even under current situation with COVID where I have tried to keep my kids as isolated as possible. They won’t see me again. The same day I called and closed my account with Wells Fargo. Avoid this branch as much as possible.

Great service, the employees are very well educated and know what they're doing. Helped me replace my card after i lost it and the experience couldn't have gone any smoother

There is a reason i only put 4 Starts not 5 because my first day i came to that branch to open an account. The person who greeted me was unconcerned and his customer service was very mediocre. However the next day i came again and Malik was the person who greeted me. After meeting with him and opening my account i started telling people how amazing this person was in the bank. To my shock almost 6 out of 10 people know him and really like the banking experience with him. If it wasn't for the first Day it would have been 6 Starts.

Small, on campus wells Fargo. It's convenient and quick for the most part, but avoid going here during the beginning of semesters because it gets super crowded with new students who want to connect their student IDs to their wells Fargo accounts.

They take quite a while.. It's agitating waiting 1+ hours for them to attend to you. This isn't a real branch, it's easier to drive further and get quicker customer service!
