Worse bank ever. Everything is a fee . And when u try to take your money out they will make u go to bank and charge more fees just to close acct and withdraw what's yours. Ridiculous

My husband and I came in today with a tricky situation. We sat down with Wilfredo - I have to say he has given me the most positive experience I’ve ever had in a bank. He was kind, extremely helpful, had a good sense of humour and didn’t mind answering our million questions. Thank you Will!

Today I went to ask for information to open an account for my daughter. The boy who was very attentive at the cash desk immediately went to see which banker could help me. The bank was empty, the lady in the first office answered him in a rude manner and told him to wait until she would finish with the client she was serving who was close to missing. I sat down to wait, the client left, he started talking to another person inside, someone from outside came in and they also talked, he continued his pleasant conversation and my daughters and I waited alone there. There were no more customers. In the end I left and I'm not coming back. Terrible customer service ????. It was my money that I was going to put in an account, it was not to ask for a loan. If any manager in the branch has questions, please watch the cameras on July 9/2024 around 4 to 4:10 pm

This branch has terrible staff with unprofessional customer service.
I have gone to other branches and the experience has been good, they represent the interests of the bank well with its clients.
This branch is never available for interview with an agent
This branch does not accept the exchange of damaged bills, these being backed by the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department.
I think it depends on the terrible staff at this branch.

People is nice but organization is not. I've made an appointment online and I have a 45 min wait and which it make no sense. I end it up going to another location because the wait was long and nobody available.

I was very happy today. Mr. Santiago Bourne, a bearded Colombian, is a very excellent banker. He explained everything to me very clearly and patiently. The best banker. He taught me about credit too. Totally recommended when you need it

Walked into open an account, the only banker was sitting scrolling Instagram. He said he did not have time since they close in 35 minutes. Rude and unprofessional.

I went to this agency to deposit money in cash and the girl who attended me at the window not only did not make the deposit but also made a withdrawal from my account that I did not authorize or require, I left without realizing it. When I returned the next day, the manager did not give importance to my case and he told me to call to file a claim. they robbed me in my face and no one could help me. Worst bank experience I've ever had.

Worst customer service. Avoid this branch at all cost. They prefer to go to lunch and chat in the back instead of servicing their customers.

William helped me out today with setting up my Apple Pay which at first I wasn’t comfortable with but definitely will be making my life easier love this staff so happy to have them back!
