Terrible..... I went to look for coins to wash and while I was in line, the clerk asks to go to the bathroom for about two minutes, it is logical, she goes to the bathroom and it takes us 20 minutes, I go to another cashier and she doesn't have any coins. He asks to wait.... He passes the line while I'm waiting, he comes out of the bathroom, he starts talking to his colleagues and after a while he helps me... The bank was already closing... A 5-minute action took me almost half an hour. ....that bothers..... Out of respect I will not say their names

My horrible experience, the lady who attended to me apparently does not feel like working, very bad expression on her face when attending to an audience, she did not let me explain and I spoke to myself without telling her, when I asked her, she allowed me to explain, she made another bad face with movement of her head. hand and he responded to me, let's see, explain what am I going to explain to him? With such poor attention I said thank you, I asked another person and he said ok very naturally I think they should review their staff which I think must have good customer service is the lady with short hair

I have taken my time today to do this review since the customer service is horrible every day. Nobody greets you. They look at you with a bad face without the desire to work. ADVICE for this company, DO NOT SPEND MORE PAY ROLL on dissatisfied employees or who only come to collect without caring about your Company, replace your service with Electronica via, you will have better reviews and more money. I know today nobody wants to give good service or work.

Imagine that you arrive at your bank because your account is being hacked and someone is taking your money out, but the only available banker tells you that he can't do anything without an appointment and that they are up to 2 weeks or another option is that I can withdraw all my money,? well I can feel better now.

Horrible stay away, one teller only while 5 or 6 bankers walking around asking if you need service. All the service i need is employ more tellers and less sales people. Stop trying to sell me services and employ tellers to assist existing customers.

Was in line for 40 minutes. One teller in the bank and 8 people in line. Horrible service. 2 people that were ahead of me left if not it would of taken longer. I hate giving bad reviews but something needs to be done.

There is is usually one banker inside at the window so something that should take you 5 minutes takes 30 plus minutes. I've spoke to associates and they beg us to complain so something will get done about the horror show at this branch. Nothing ever gets done about it. Wells Fargo should be ashamed to having their name on this building. Shame on them.

I have worked at a Bank for many years and I would NEVER allow the kind of service I have seen at this branch on multiple occasions. I went there to withdraw cash that was way above my ATM limit today. I waited in that line for almost an hour. Their attitude and service is not the kind you would expect from an American Bank! The manager saw so many customers behind me quarreling about the long wait and waited for almost an hour before deciding to do something. I intend to look at closing my accounts at Wells Fargo because of this. Poor Service...I got the cash outside the area at another Branch in under 1 min.

Only one teller in the middle of the day when everyone is taking a moment to go to the bank. No one available to serve the disabled. They are better off closing the branch and putting workers to serve other locations properly.
