The workers from the 11:45pm shift have horrible customer service. They would ask a question, just to stay quiet from the response.

Worst services ever they stole my mom 600 dollars in cooperation with the cashiers my mom made a order for picking up in the drive thru and they made her go inside because supposedly the order didn’t appear them there were 2 black males and the cashiers and they took my moms money and debit card this places should close and be ashamed of they workers and besides thar worst customer service

The food was good as usual and the crew member were really nice to us so special thanks to them, they gave us extra ice cream so thanks ( special thanks to Sunyta im not sure if it was exactly this name but she was very kind with us )

I regret to report a less-than-satisfactory experience during my recent visit to Wendy's Coconut Grove. Despite placing and paying for my order via the app, a discrepancy arose upon reaching the drive-thru. The employee, identified as Ivana, displayed a concerning demeanor, insisting on an additional payment despite our prior transaction.Furthermore, the interaction took an unexpected turn when Ivana not only used offensive language but also communicated in a manner inconsistent with the expected level of professionalism. This included the use of profanity, creating an uncomfortable and unwarranted environment.I believe it is crucial for the management to be aware of such occurrences, as they directly impact the reputation of the establishment. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was in front of the cashier for five minutes, she just pressed the screen, she never looked at me, I said hello and she didn't look at me, a guy came up to tell her to take care of me and at that moment I left.

The meals we received at the drive-thru was not what we had ordered (which we did not discover until we got home with the food). The confusion could not have been because the restaurant was busy as we were the second and last car in line at the drive-thru. Nonetheless, the meals we did receive in our bags were good. And for the love of God, Wendy's, PLEASE stop replacing vanilla Frosties with seasonal flavors (strawberry in summer, pumpkin spice in fall, and peppermint at the holidays)!!!! You'll push me directly into the drive-thrus of your competitors!

Tried the chicken wrap.. I didn't like the seasoning plus it was not wrapped correctly. It came all apart when I tried to bite.
