Food is usually good, but the staff is not accurate in delivering orders and providing sauces. Any time I order nuggets the staff never has offered me sauce & I have to ask multiple times or wait to ask when my food is delivered or I won't get any sauce just like right now. It's on my receipts for sauce, but that may as well be a joke & a waste of their ink

Terrible service, the drive through is turned off at 11 pm without lights. The person tells us that if we are ready, we tell him that we can't see anything and his response was “ujum”. He has no empathy or commitment to his clients. Management must evaluate and determine if they have competent Associates. Terrible service!
