We were on our way thru Miami early morning (4ish am) and I really had to use the restroom. I understand that companies deal with sketchy people trashing bathrooms and keep them locked to avoid this. I asked for the bathroom key and the employee refused to even speak to me. He just wagged his finger no when I asked. Wouldn't have minded being told no, but at least be respectful in responding.

The customer service at this establishment was unfortunately subpar. The cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and was unhelpful. She mistakenly scanned the same items twice, and when I brought this to her attention, she responded in a loud and disrespectful manner when I sought clarification. I explained that the error was due to her oversight; however, she suggested that I should have set the items down because they looked similar. I pointed out that one bag was larger than the other and that they were indeed different sizes. In response to her confrontational demeanor, I matched her tone, which surprised her because she seemed to think that, due to my age, I wouldn't respond this way. I informed her, "Miss, I am a manager. This is not how you should treat your customers. You need to treat them with respect." She responded by saying that I should also offer her respect. However, I questioned how I was supposed to show her respect when she was not demonstrating it first. She needs to be more mindful of what she scans and take her time to avoid mistakes. Most importantly, she should treat customers with respect.

LIFE SAVERS. (Long story incoming...) there's a gas shortage in Miami the last few days and this station was one of the few to have any gas from what I saw driving by. Prior to this I went to about 7-10 different stations. My car is on empty at this point (remember this for later in the story) so I decided to go here and wait out the brutal line. I waited this line for about 2 hours slowly moving up, 3 feet every 5 minutes as I'm 3 blocks away sitting idle burning through whatever gas I have left. FINALLY, I make it to the literal FRONT of the line, the actual next car up... and...my car turns off. I restart it 3-4 times and the ignition won't turn. There's 2 man keeping everything organized with the pumps, clearing cars out of the way and guiding them to the open pumps. (They had to have been out here for hours already) I yell out to signal the men down who are working the station. They run over to my car and PUSH MY CAR ALL THE WAY TO THE PUMP as I had the car in neutral. They were so helpful, patient and hard working. Long story short, I highly recommend any service from this place, the people have unbelievable character they literally saved me from a nightmare.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. I asked for the manager's name they didn't know the manager's name. I said you work here and you don't even know the managers game which I know that's a complete lie. They kept telling me I had to put a PIN number for a credit card transaction I kept coming and they absolutely ignore what I said yes tell me anything for my PIN number. They have the worst employees and customer service there however I know the owner and manager and he is a great individual.

This gas station is racist if you go there and you're black they're going to make the gas pump say error please pay inside then after you pay inside and you come back you going to clearly see after you finish pumping that you can pay at the pump and nothing's wrong with it
