everything is wonderful, except the way they charge credit cards. there is no option of credit, they directly charge you with debit on credit cards, making input my PIN number, no option of pay it via credit. is that legal?

I started shopping here few months ago. I thought it would be a good alternative to Publix, which is around the corner. The other day I bought a salad bag and grape tomatoes. The salad was rotten, smelly and disgusting. The tomatoes were borderline. I ate half of them and the day after I had to dump the remaining ones. I will not shop here again. Also, I called and texted to let them know and nobody answers.

This grocery store is not in the best of areas. It is relatively clean though and the staff is very friendly. They have a little parking lot that can get a bit tight. The store is organized, and even though they don't carry many of the brands carried by the larger chains, it does have a lot of ethic foods that you cant find at the big boys. I expanded my horizons and tried some new stuff that I found there, most notably the drinks. Their prices are reasonable and I was in and out with no problem.

By far the worst supermarket. There employees are rude and disrespectful.. the manager has no clue how to do his job. One of his employees started calling everyone in Spanish because of course she thought we all didn't know how to speak it or understand it... IDIOTS... when we called her out on it.. she kept saying and the manager stood by her side... than decided to want to kick us out because we told him the situation and wanted him to address her... he said she's clocked out not my responsibility... and she's a women so respect her... what???? Is that really how you treat a customer.. she kept calling us names and the manager just let her... I felt so disrespected... just because she thought we didn't understand Spanish she felt the right to call us names??? How is that ok.. and how can management take her side!!!!!!

I noticed a staff member yapping away on their phone with no mask. Especially concerning because this was in the produce aisle. If you choose to go here make sure to sanitize your food before eating it.

Before I wouldn't mind coming here even tho the prices are a little high, but I might not be coming here anymore. The staff changed and today they had some Cuban security guy that wouldn't stop staring since I walked in, I was with my service dog and at one point he made my dog so uncomfortable that my dog bark at him and the guy got mad, I was trying to explain that he wouldn't stop looking n also that the mask he had was intimidating, My dog is trained to pick up on weird behavio, so if you stay there looking at me for more than 5min she's going to brak. Actually like 5min earlier one of the other guys that works there had walked up to us, to let us know that it was closing that we should start paying and my dog of course didn't react or anything because he walked away and didn't just stayed there looking at us creepy. Then the security guy got some attitude like he owns the place trying to say who he's going to allow in the place and who he's not. I have been coming to this place for 7yrs, if you guys want to maintain business might want to retrained your employees. I can give you the name of 5 employees that I know there from going all this years and never had a problem.

Price gouging essential cleaning materials. Selling bottles of bleach for $8.99. Ridiculous. Every other retailer is selling between 3.49-4.89. That is almost a 100% mark up in price. I have informed the manager that we will be reporting them to the Florida General Attorney's office for price gouging during a State of Emergency which is highly illegal and punishable by law. He said "fine go ahead". You only find out the markup when you go to check out as on the shelf they have the regular price and manager blames customers for moving around the prices. Again, BS because it clearly had the matching ounces, brand, and description marked for $3.49 on the shelf. Maybe they are hoping people don't notice at check out and since they have a no return policy on cleaning agents by then you are screwed and got robbed. Very unethical practices are occurring here.On the food safety side--Their refrigerated tray wrapped seafood is a botulism toxin poisoning or death waiting to happen. You can't thaw frozen Vacuum packed seafood without removing it from the plastic. Who the hell runs this place?

Price gouging germx which is illegal. Charging "unconscionable prices" for essential items in short supply prior to a disaster and during the early recovery period is illegal. An "unconscionable price" is determined by comparing the price asked during an emergency with the price charged for the same commodity during the preceding 30-day period.

My favorite grocery store in Midtown Miami. I can find most things that I need here and at a lower price compared to the other stores in the area. The staff is great and helpful. I'd recommend to any one that lives in the area.

Manager should be a zoo keeper. He did not allow me to pay for my groceries due to having my electric scooter. There are no posted signs that electric scooters aren't permitted. (It was powered off as I pushed it along with my grocery basket). Total discrimination.

HORRIBLE !!!! I bought a cheesecake and it had mold and fungus. I got to my house and when eating dinner with my wife I brought her some cheesecake because that's her fav. Realized it had mold and went to return it and complain.THEY DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN MY MONEY!!Are you serious? I had to argue with the MANAGER to get my money back. I think as a courtesy they should have treat us better specially since it is Monday night. Also, last time we came there was mold in the strawberries while displayed. So much food has mold. BE CAREFUL !They should get a deep inspection. Please STAY AWAY !!

If you don't mind moldy vegetables and unprofessional staff in exchange for low prices this is your place. It's impossible to find fresh produce. Cashiers are all sitting down, eating, sleeping, or on the phone having personal conversations on the clock in the overnight shift. I think them being the only 24 hour supermarket option in the area is whats keeping them in business.

Worst costumer service even! I was a customer for over 6 years, but I won't return there ever again! Rude and unprofessional management and personal! Apart of that I was speaking English and manager was answering in Spanish as of lack of respect! I'll spend my money at publix!
