Pretty upset about choosing this Amscot location to do a western union money transfer. I don't know if they employees at this location understand English but certainly can't speak it. I'm not trying to be negative towards the situation, but I like to to have someone handling my currency who can communicate clearly. The cashier kept asking the managers about for assistance. Which to be honest, it really backed me up and now I'm have to enjoy afternoon traffic because for even a location with very that's damn near empty and not having to wait in line to be attended, you finish your western union transfers in over 30 minutes. Better off doing it at Walmart. And I kinda think they jipped me on the transfer fee. ($21.50 to send 827.50) but then again I may be wrong. Regardless, what really upset me besides having the to wait so long to finish my transfer, was the supervisor/manager by the name Abi, ( I believe that's how you spell it ) interrogating me about my finances. Asking me questions about my businesses with a attitude , and when I asked what was the reason she was questioning me, she said because it was protocol. I found her questions to be a bad bit absurd and irrelevant to the situation. Especially if I'm coming to make a simple transfer. As if she were assuming i was trying to do some type of fraud..... she made me feel really uncomfortable. And to be honest I won't be returning this location ever again.
