This place is horrendous. If you or your child have to use the restroom may the Lord be with you. It's very similar to the dollar tree store restroom. I avoid going there at all costs. If I go it's because nothing else is open. Bad customer service and dirty.

I usually don't have any issues with this store in general, but today while shopping I came across this gross. This was out on the display in the cheese sections and if its like this and it's packaged, imagine all the other fruits/veggies/ or food that are probably going bad because lack of service or shelving. Also, it's lost so much quality over the last couple of years.

When this location used to be Winn-Dixie, it looked cleaner, a lot more organized. Now the floor is disgusting, the employees (the majority) are rude, they don't even greet you. The parking lot is super dark and trash everywhere. Maybe they have new management, but who ever it is, they are far from good customer service.

My brother & I we're both employed by Fresco and they treat their employees terribly. They have no patience, they lack empathy, & they expect employees to do whatever they say and never take into consideration what the employees says or needs. Don't work here they overwork their employees & treat them like garbage plus a bad pay. The managers are immature and definitely have favorites who think they run the place. Wouldn't recommend coming here to do groceries or to work here.

Produce dept. & meat dept. are great Good fresh... I wouldn't buy anything else here. Good quality meat great prices on the meat & produce. That all I would buy here. I guess the beer & wine are also good. Anything else check the expiration date like bread, milk, ice-cream. The ice-cream are terrible all brands they Carrie I don't even buy Haagen- Dazs. Don't know why but it taste gross. Maybe it melts then freezes again.Also need more English speaking employees!!!! Check the expiration dates on all.

The cashiers are hit or miss. The young lady Greter that attends the customer service register is so rude and unhelpful. Please put her to do stocking since she lacks basic customer service skills. She is dreadful to deal with. We have stopped buying meat here since it is usually rotten. We advised management and no one cares. Also, the last few times we have shopped, the music is so loud. Who's idea was it to crank it all the way up like that?!? Apparently management thinks that this will attract more customers; it won't. Focus on providing your customers fresh and affordable products with better customer service.

The milk is rotten, don't go here no more. And they need to add more fiber foods. A lot of fiber and different brands off coffee, maybe a different brand of donuts. I love donuts, and I know a lot of people love donuts but the types that they have are bad. They need to upgrade

If there was a zero star I would give it that. I was line at the customer service line; the line was very long and waited my turn. I've gone several times to play the lotto and the employee takes my number verbally and plays it for me. This time I waited at least 7-10 mins in line and when I get to my turn the lady tells me she can't play numbers. I have to get out of line and fill out form because she has a line. I said I've never had an issue and I waited in line patiently. I should get my turn. I asked to speak to manager and he disregarded me also. If someone can't handle their register alone - help her or don't put her to manage customer service register. I will never go to this location again.
