I don't really like giving negative reviews, But this needs calling out. A guy walks into a pharmacy... Right after surgery, into mega levels of pain from a rotator cuff.... He had to take off work from his hourly job to get to the pharmacy during normal hours. He slides the prescription carefully across the counter and watches "Yohama" peck at the computer keyboard for about three minutes like a hungry pigeon. He's waiting patiently. Yohama tells him/me I have to wait an hour because everyone is on break. Wait, what? Break? Are you serious???????? In 2024 we assign breaks at the pharmacy without covering the counter??? Make customers wait for pain medicine, or worse yet heart medicine that really might be important. What is even more incredulous is they have assigned breaks. I never, ever get a break at my hourly deadend job. Lunch that's it. Ever. I'm NOT getting paid to come get this prescription filled in the first place. But you are going to make me wait because everyone is on break ?? Very evident that taking care of patients needs are not your priority. Shameful at best. That's not a real heathcare provider. You get my lowest marks ever. I will recommend to the people I know to not go through the hassle with Walgreens.

Nothing good to say. Outside looks like a slum. People don't answer the phone, yours're waiting for hours. Slow, poor service. Getting in and out of the driveway is a mess. Awful place.

Parents beware! if your child attends South miami senior high, then most likely they go to Walgreens after school. If you want to avoid any criminalcharges have them shop at Cvs. This stores administration is pessimistic. They discriminate our children like thieves, criminals and shoplifters. They are not allowed to shop around the store like a regular customers. The store forces them to wait outside in a long line and go in 1 at a time. They are followed throughout the store including the restrooms. Manager banged on the mens bathroom door ordering my son to come out that she is going to call the police on him. Mind you the kid was just doing #2. Today i visited the store to see whats this ladies deal and ofcourse she denies what i have stated. Thank god for cameras now and days. Walgreens i will be filing a complaint against your incompetent employee that you seem to ignore all the other negative reviews about her and still she has not been fired.

Dangerous incompetency in the pharmacy! Horrible customer service! Why on earth doesn't Walgreens corporate office do something about this store! Horrible pharmacy experience! I've tried since August 2021 to use them because they're within walking distance but no more! It's dangerous to have this type of incompetence in a pharmacy! Not to mention the current pharmacist, Janelle Aguero, is arrogant and rude. I asked for reports on Rx's - no one knew how to pull them. When Janelle finally (after over 45 minutes) decided to help she was annoyed and extremely put out. When I questioned the price of medications she said she had no time to discuss it! I filed a complaint with Walgreens Corporate but so far nothing! Really disappointing!

Wasted an hour of my time because I registered for a COVID test and drove all the way here to get it done just for them to tell me that they are out of tests. Why I would register and reserve a spot and not be guaranteed a test? Nevermind the fact they never contacted me before I drove here to let me know. And the worst part: I was given no apology, just told that they ran out and that my appointment meant nothing.

I have filed a formal complaint with this walgreens- the manager needs to be fired, extremely rude and condescending to customers. When things seem to go wrong she takes out her frustration on customers and doesn't let them know properly for example when a register isn't working. I swiped my card three times before being told it was cash only. The entire line including myself wasn't informed so we left the store- had she not been so extremely rude about the situation i would've not filed the complaint- however after seeing these reviews and her refusing to give her name which is Ionisys or something like that i've decided this is not fair to walgreens loyal customers. we even went as far as to tell other people not to enter the store because of her and all the problems being handled inappropriately

Have an hour to kill? Plan your pharmacy visit here accordingly. Need to talk to the pharmacy by phone? This is not the pharmacy to pick. Simply put, I have never waited so long for a prescription in my life. Maybe you should give free samples of happy pills upon entry. The worst.

Horrible staff at the pharmacy. Dropped off 2 prescriptions at 12:30 was told to come back at 4:00 to find out the young girl who took my RXs left them on a corner of the counter, never processed them!! Then i am told they don't have one of the meds in stock. Seriously, find another pharmacy!!!

Some pharmacy staff is very inconsiderate with its customers. To have people waiting on the phone for 20 minutes and then repeatedly hang up is unacceptable. They hung up on me 3 times. The store manager (Juan?) is of no help in asking pharmacy staff to please have the courtesy of answering the phone. They should remember that the people who call for prescriptions and refills are sick and the least they can do is answer the phone.

I would give 0 starts if possible. We picked up a prescription in the drive thru that had been called ahead. We had one care in front of us upon arrival and I gave them benefit of the doubt that that individual in front of us had some issues. This was not the case - 30 minutes later we arrived at the window and it took another 15-20 minutes to get the 3 called ahead prescriptions. In addition / they have a sign that you can add Tylenol to you order on their drive thru window and the lady at the window told us we had to come inside. I understand help is hard to come by currently but they are very inefficient and we will never be back. If I was a shareholder this wouldn't be motivating.

If I could give this location zero stars , I would. The cashier up front "Maria" didn't count my money properly & after she gave me my receipt she didnt give me my change. I had to wait 15 mins for them to check the cameras & confirm I was correct. Very inconvenient & she was looking at me like I was incorrect. Please hire people that know how to count money.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I call to speak to someone I am placed on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes, and usually end up being hung up on. Just awful!!!! Ok I wish I could post this review without a single star.

Too bad I can't give Walgreens a negative -5 star rating. It is just so scary that in a pandemic we are dependent on Walgreens and CVS. I was just there for the faith time because they can't comunícate with my doctor. After a month they still won't release my prescription because they claim is my doctors fault. Next it will be My insurance but they at the end screw the consumer. They have replaced the small family Farmacy and now we are doomed in America. Bothe Walgreens and CVS will cause deaths during this pandemic. Is all about the money. NOT THE SICK PEOPLE.
