Horrible customer service in the cashier department very very rude they only had 2 lanes open and I walked into the 10 items only lane without even noticing. The Cashier nearly screams at me excuse me gives me a very nasty look as if I'm crazy then points at the sign. Not a problem on my end I was more than willing and understanding to move to another lane but that's definitely not how you go about it. Keep in mind this was around 9am so it was very much so an empty lane and no one was behind me. Never have I ever experienced such horrible treatment at a publix. Please retrain the staff awful.

Anelys attended me amazing today she was so attentive friendly and multitasking. Great service she was fast, remembers her previous customers My over all experience was 10/10 !!

I strongly dislike the Publix Deli as a White skin toned Hispanic employee prepares my publix sub with no care in the world. She threw my chicken tenders all around and slammed my sub every time with toppings and didn't even toast the sub or the chicken tenders as they appeared to be extremely cold and also proceeded to add as to what appeared as RAW bacon on my sub which was also extremely cold. I did not take the sub with me as it was disgusting and treated with no care in the world. Do not attempt to try this publix deli.

This review is based on the deli department. I love coming to this publix and I hate to write this review but I have to. I placed an order for deli and called them to add 1/2 lb of prosciutto to my order and the person I spoke to said ok. Prosciutto is a ham that has to be served extra thinly sliced and it has to be separated sheet by sheet, I know it's a pain but if it's not done like that it's inedible. My order had 1/3 of a pound instead of half which is what I asked for, and it was all stuck together in a big ball which is unacceptable. I'm just saying, if it's not gonna be done right, don't do it at all.

Bad items. Expired yogurts all the time. Service is horrible at Deli. Parking lot full of carts, please send a better person to gather carts. Seafood smells horrible. If your in a rush it's good, because it's horrible and no one goes. Just don't get any special items like Deli or milk products. Help this Publix!

Worst Publix experience I have ever had. If you love Publix as much as the next person, please steer clear of this location. The deli is chaotic. No organization, and extremely unprofessional. Feels as if there is no manager presence at all. When we were checking out the cashier asked us for our number because they would be giving away food stamps later through FEMA for post hurricane relief. Sounds like a complete scam and she was writing people's information on a torn receipt. When I politely declined I was met with a scoff of disbelief. Never have I felt more uncomfortable at a grocery chain that I consider top notch. Seems to be some shady activity's going on here. Hopefully someone that can fix this store sees this and puts a plan into action.

Wish I could give this publix a better rating, but it's impossible. The deli (one of the main reasons I shop at publix) is one of the slowest ever. It isn't a one time thing...it's every single time I come which is the reason for this review. The management either takes care of the problem or they will for sure start losing customers.

I live for Publix! I love their subs especially! I've been over a dozen different locations and they all have been so pleasant. However, this location has to be the best by far!!!!! Every employee I walked by smiled at me, greeted me, and asked I needed anything! Super sweet. Super friendly. Super amazing. I think I may just have found a Publix I'd come to on the regular.

I never review places like these but I felt like this particular location needs immediate revamping. They don't carry the quality items that are usually found at all Publix locations and the employees are rude and lack basic customer service skills. Don't even bother ordering something online because they'll either forget or won't make it and act clueless when you show up to pick up your order. Sorry, Publix - quality control is necessary here.

This is the Publix by my job so occasionally I come to pick up lunch or snacks for my desk. It was probably the worst Publix I've been to. When you walk in the door, immediately there's a security guard. If that's not a bad sign, I don't know what is. The Publix is old and looks disorganized and dirty. The customer service isn't great and I always hear the cashiers talking loudly with each other about unprofessional things. One time a cashier and bagger were discussing a "really hot and sexy" customer that had just came through the lane. Turned out to be one of my coworkers! Awkward... The other thing that sucks is that there isn't a pharmacy at this location and there isn't a sushi bin. The deli also can't follow online orders for some reason. Every time I order a sandwich online, they make a mistake with it. I basically come here when I have to. There is a way better and newer Publix up the road about 1.5 miles away that I tend to go to more often because as the previous review said "definitely not a pleasure to shop here".
