The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Rude staff members. The two that I unfortunately was serviced by were rude, unprofessional, and with zero customer service etiquette. These two individuals were; an old lady with short hair and glasses, strong Spanish accent, snapping at me every time she opened her mouth to talk. The other one was an old short man with glasses that stood there backing up her nasty attitude. I went there to drop off a Fed ex pkg for shipping. There was no one at the counter. I see this lady working in one of the isles, I asked her if someone could help me at the counter. She begins yelling in the middle of the store instead of walking up to me to talk to me. After her yelling, she approaches me and I ask her if she could print a smaller shipping label than the one I had, and with an attitude she snaps at me and tells me "we don't print anything here", then she starts to scan the label and I ask her if it took the scanning code, she ignores me and asks me for my phone number, I give it to her and I ask again if it took the code, she snaps at me and tells me "yes, that's why I asked you for your phone number", I told her she was not being very polite with her tone of voice and the attitude she was giving me, and on top of that, not explaining the process. I told her that she did not tell me it took the code, after I asked her twice, she snaps again with "ok ok I'm sorry I'm sorry" in a very sarcastic tone. I asked her to give me a receipt for the drop off, and with her nasty attitude she tells me to look at my phone for a text receipt. During all this the old man is standing there, as I'm walking away he had the audacity to say to me sarcastically, "thank you for being nice", after what this lady put me through. I left there shaking because I couldn't believe what I just went through.These people need to retire, if they can not, then go find a job you like better, but don't work hating your job and taking it out on others.Please do not come to this Walgreens to drop off Fed ex pkgs. I will never step foot in this Walgreens ever again for anything.

Horrible Walgreens. The worse pharmacy services. Never experienced anything like this. Moved to this area 7 years ago and they are always out of stock on medications, they get annoyed when you ask if they can please order. Always the answer is ups sorry call back after 4pm to see what we get? What type of service is this. I hope someone can see this from their headquarters. DO NOT USE THEN.

The actual store is great. The pharmacist is the most rudest person in a "medical" profession I've ever encountered recently. Screaming in front of her clients that there isn't time in the day for her schedule. Here poor assistant just stood there in awe of this poor behavior of his boss. She barked at me and other saying she doesn't have time to check for our prescriptions and we should come back later. Apparently they have your credit cards on file and when mine was decline due to a fraud she screamed my name and said your card is declined super loud instead of saying there is an issue with the card on file. Of course there would be an issue since I have a new account. My problem is the customer service this female pharmacist gave out today was extremely unprofessional and she really should retire or find a new profession. Her anger one day will mistakenly give someone a medication that doesn't belong to them because she did not care to have conversations on the product given, how it should be taken and to make sure what was handed over was (confirmation) indeed the medication requested.

My sons prescription was called in by the doctors office. I waited for the text to let me know that the medication was ready. I never got a call or a text. I called the office a few days later thinking they did not have the medication in stock. When I called they advise me that they would fill it and to wait for the text. Again, I did not receive a text. So, I decided to go to Walgreens. When I got there, I was informed they did not except my insurance. I asked why wasn't I told that when I called in or why didn't they call to let me know. She said nothing. This is unacceptable and I will not visit this Walgreens again.

Worst pharmacy ever .I came with an appointment to get the Covid vaccine .The Pharm tech was very rude and impolite .She practically barked at me to get on a huge line even with an appointment wich by the way makes no sense .What's the point of waisting my time with an appointment if I have to wait when I get to the pharmacy .Costumer service at this pharmacy is the worst don't waist your time coming here .

This review is specifically about the pharmacy. I registered online through their portal for a shingles vaccine. Upon arrival, I waited for quite some time while the pharmacy staff chatted. When they finally offered to help I was told they didn't give the vaccine. I specifically said twice the shingles vaccine but they told me they didn't have government approval or protocol to give it. I know they were confused but they should listen to their customers instead of assuming they know everything. If they would have listened, they would have realized which vaccine I wanted. Either way, I left the store frustrated and immediately went to CVS and got the vaccine!
