Very comfortable and solid mattress, plus a well-constructed and easy-to-assemble frame, but these 5-Star products are unfortunately brought down by not-the-most-proactive customer service. The mattress shipped quickly. But turns out that parts were back-ordered for the frame. However, I was not contacted and by the time that I learned of the problem, my out-of-town guests were saddled with accessing the mattress on the floor (not great for seniors). I did complain to WinkBeds customer service and received a very modest gesture for my dissatisfaction, but the lack of communication put me in a bind: cancel the frame order and start a search again or wait. I elected to wait. It ended up being a full month until delivery. Hopefully, the company can up their customer service pro-activeness.

I purchased a Luxury Firm mattress two years ago, it came in a bashed up box with holes etc. but customer service would not replace it saying the actual mattress would be fine. Disappointing for a $1k plus mattress. After a few months (past the trial period) the mattress became concave in areas causing hip and back pain which does not happen on the guest bed mattress. Mattresses are expensive choose wisely. Does not live up to the hype over time.

The Luxury firm is a bit too firm and the soft is a bit too soft. Think a medium between the 2 would have been perfect.

I’m updating my review after setting up the mattress. There was no damage to the mattress and support was responsive to my inquiries. Inside the box, the mattress was wrapped in 2 vacuum-sealed layers of plastic film, protecting it, I still believe another method of stabilizing the mattress within the box should be found by the manufacturer, but all is well that ends well, in this case. Updating from 1 star to 4.

Have not opened the mattress yet, but it arrived in a box that was in bad shape. It also arrived before the base, meaning I can’t even use it yet. Will update my review if the mattress turns out to be ok (and after I hear from their support), but my current experience is not off to a good start.

After purchasing the Winkbed Queen size mattress and automatic platform in July 2022 and having the first set replaced shortly afterwards, we are faced with a sagging loss of firmness and mattress structure/integrity. This is causing both my wife and I Lumbar lower back pain and stiffness
To date Winkbed Customer Service (Lack of) has been stalling and reluctant to offer much need needed relief with an exchange.
Although there are many positive reviews listed, we are definitely not one of them.
For my money I would avoid this business when shipping for a new mattress set.

I received my order on timely manner. Got the extra firm, so far it feels fine, wish it was a little more firmer. Time will tell, only had it for two weeks now.

The mattress was good, however I missed the automatic addition of a mattress protector, which was fairly costly. I was not happy with the protector and the company would not refund me for it. Double check your order for the mattress protector! It's made of a plastic/rubber material that does not breath and is uncomfortable.

There is a strong and noxious offgassing smell that has lingered on the bed for a week now. Uncertain whether it is giving us cancer. The mattress is comfortable and firm, but it is a bit smaller (by an inch or two each way) than our king sized frame.

I really like the mattress. It didn't smells weird when I opened it. It set up quickly. I just ordered one that was too soft. That was my bad, not Winks. Everything they done has been awesome.

Dishonest company. They do not stand behind their “try it out period.” They tell you to sleep on it for 120 days and if you don’t like it they will refund you. My back hurt more from this bed than any other bed. When I tried to get a refund they said it was one day after 120 days. The website says 120 days and then make a decision. Deceptive company that rips off the customer. Stay away

The delivery was awful. Dragged down my driveway, nowhere near the front door. Completely ripped up plastic and box destroyed. Scuffs and dirt on the actual mattress.
