Wonderful customer service!!! Dino was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I pick out the perfect shower and accessories for our new bathroom!!! We first tried online using the kohler website but we had more questions and we couldn’t make the decision then we tried going into Home Depot but honestly finding someone to help us answer the questions that we had was impossible. Then I called the store to see if they had kohler in stock and I was surprised when Dino said yes!!! I told my husband please go to the store and thanks to Dino’s expertise and knowledge we were able to answer the questions and helped us decide color, shape, style and items to purchase!!!

I went to Wool’s for the first time and was very impressed. All the employees we met were very nice and helpful, from the man who greeted us when we entered to the one who loaded my car. The salesperson Liliana Pardo is amazing, one of a kind. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, smart, a good listener. She isn’t pushy and works within your budget. She always responds to questions when you call her. She has excellent suggestions. What is an overwhelming endeavor to redo a bathroom, Liliana made it much easier.

The worst customer service , the store is good but the pick up area is a nightmare … very expensive and the waiting time to get any product is more than a 30 min…. They don’t like to work

Special Thanks to Ana Rivero, I arrived to Wool worried after a failed inspection of the city since the contractor had used the wrong valve. When I explained the situation to Ana, she helped me immediately and provided me correct valve as well as matching cover for my fixtures. She is a very knowledgable individual and very nice who helped me out in a moment of despair! Thank you! our inspection passed!

I had a fantastic experience at Wool Kitchen & Bath. Jeff was very attentive and helpful in finding all of the necessary plumbing accessories for my newly rennovated kitchen and laundry room. The Blanco sinks and Brizofaucets I purchased are stunning and such high quality. They have a wide selection at various price ranges. We had a great experience at Wool Kitchen and Bath! The store was huge and completely stocked with everything that we needed for our home improvement project. Liliana the sales agent was extremely knowledge and very helpful. She helped us select everything that we needed including some beautiful high-end finishes. I t was literally a one stop shop for all of the plumbing needs. Highly recommend Wool Kitchen and Bath.

Great team at Wool Supply. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive especially Liliana that guided us through our entire purchase. Beautiful showroom with great luxury brands. We were able to get all of our finishes and plumbing with such ease. Priceless experience!

I was nervous going into the Wool showroom initially, but we immediately met Marcia who matched us with exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an enjoyable remodeling experience. We were also lucky enough to meet Justin Wool, one of the Vice Presidents, who gave great advice on future home projects!

Visited today and had amazing help from Marcia! She walked us through the many many options and brands to narrow down my needs and price point. We went home with every fixture and accessory for our new bathrooms because every item was in stock!! Will be returning for my kitchen renovation!

Worse experience ever! Bought hot water heater from them: Wool is a Rheem dealer, unit worth $600 lasted maybe 3 years had plumber come out $500 than Wool wanted $150 to process the warrenty their defected unit. What a bunch of nonsense. Talked to Rheem they would do nothing !

We had the opportunity to work with Marcia Lainez at Wool. She is very knowledgeable and really helped us figure out what we needed. She understood our budget and steered us in the right direction. We couldn’t be happier her specially during these times of delays and shortages.

Meh! I didn’t have the most pleasant experience but I don’t typically leave 1 star reviews because it could have just been an off day for them. I’d still go back. They’re a bit unorganized with orders and finding invoices.
