Low prices mean...you know what they say about what you pay for. However, my previous experience with their t-bone competitor is not that of considerably better service. So put it this way: if you will get regular run-of-the-mill service, not very personal or one that treats you in a special manner, why pay more? You'll get the same for reasonably less money.

Beware going to the Midtown store to activate cell phones, someone their sold my info, and I have been getting scams calls for weeks and I have reported to online customer service and than I went back in person and reported it, but they kept giving me the run around, I believe they are all in on the selling of customers information, just be careful, Xfinity//Comcast is hiring scammers from managers on down.

I don't know what I have to do for xfinity to return the money they stole from me but post here. Customer service online is the absolute worst, and on the phone they promise you a thousand things and keep charging you an amount that was NOT AGREED. I have a very big Instagram account and will not hesitate to post this across it if my money doesn't get returned to me immediately.

Absolutely Horrible Experience at Xfinity – Disrespectful Management and Filthy Store
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Xfinity location. I came in just to pick up a piece of equipment—something that should take no more than a few minutes. Instead, I was forced to wait over 30 minutes, standing around in a dirty, disorganized store with zero communication or courtesy from the staff.
To make matters worse, the so-called manager Rafael had the audacity to tell me that a 20+ minute wait is normal for a customer who’s only there to pick something up. That is completely unacceptable. If a customer chooses self-pickup, the bare minimum expectation is that the process will be quick and efficient—not dragged out while being ignored in a poorly maintained space.
Rafael’s attitude shows a total lack of respect for customers’ time and basic decency. If this is the kind of service Xfinity thinks is acceptable, it speaks volumes about how little they value their clients. Never coming back to this location—and strongly advising others to avoid it too. Disgraceful.

I already returned my equipment on May 31 but Xfinity kept harassing me about equipment saying I didn’t return and will charge me, while I’m already on vacation. Horrible experience!! Check your staff and check your store camera record!!! So incompetent staff. The guy working there literally told me I’m all set when I returned it on May 31!

We visited the Xfinity store in Midtown to return our modem and were assisted by a staff member whose professionalism and positive attitude stood out. We truly appreciated their efficiency and helpfulness throughout the process.

Mr. President Trump - Elon Musk - had a picture of my license and Xfinity hacked my phone IDs. Are they corrupt? I was paying $44 and today they charged me $99. Comcat - Xfinity: They won't give me the account number and they should change my PIN to another store! I want to file a complaint with Xfinity? The federal government helps me pay for my phones 📱 and now they want to charge me twice? I pay $44.00 for two phones 📱 and they want to charge me $88, should I pay my daughter back? Chase Bank 🏦 doesn't want to know I used any card! Are they thieves? I do not recommend this Xfinity company because they are credit and debit card thieves 👁️ 👁️! I bought a debit card at CVS Debit Card # 4143960611367668 04/28 code 024 and every time I go to pay 💰 I am missing 8 dolls and I always have to reload 5 more dollars 💵? I get robbed everywhere! Is Xfinity not a friendly company? Are they thieves and scammers? Comcat, I have internet and they want me to pay if they won’t install it. 3914 Le June DR Coral Gables. I paid in advance and because of the trees they can’t install it. Did I switch starting December 2024? The man who rented to me has Comcat and they can’t install it. And since I don’t have internet they are charging me double for my phones! This is fraud and thieves! I am asking the US Federal Government 🇺🇸 to help me figure out this scam. My daughter paid me $82 today for two months of her phone, and they're trying to steal it. Do you want your money back? Don't let them steal it! Thanks, Elon Musk!
