This company is a scam. They talk to you, then give you other super high prices, bad connection, service disconnections for repairs all the time, bad customer service. The cell phone is still crap, but at least it's cheaper.

I am very sorry I had to leave a review under the physical store location. I'm sure y'all work very hard and y'all are not at fault for this review. However, unfortunately the customer service over the phone has hit an all-time low. Now we can't even get a representative over the phone, it has to be directly through text messaging. Not only do we have to discuss sensitive information through text but we also have to hope the person on the other line is not stationed outside the USA. Only the word of mouth can get people to know that there are better Services out there. The reason why Xfinity is so expensive it's simply because of its easy access. Yes it's a pain in the ass to install third party applications and it's also a pain in the ass to have to synchronize everything together. But when you realize you'll be paying from $50 to $100 less every month depending on your family size, you will realize it was well worth it. I think the inability of Xfinity having a live representative over the phone available at all times is the lowest of the lows for me and the last straw for me. To everybody in the store keep working hard but just know the people that have the service aren't happy. Thanks

Don't go Xfinity and try another company. They will try to increase the Internet price at any cost even if have a 2 years contract and Home internet has issues all the time. Be carefull with the Xfi Complete Internet when sign a contract, will increase that later even if have a 2 year contract

The more they fix the office, the worse the service is, many young people hanging around or talking about personal things, and others attend to acquaintances of the same nationality, putting them before those who are 1 Eros with appointments and who arrived 1 Eros and there is no supervisor in sight.

The employees at the store treat you very badly and when you make a fatal telephone consultation, the employees are not motivated and do not solve your problem.
I have had to change companies because despite being a customer for years, they do not offer you an adequate plan. The good plans are for new customers. The old ones are treated poorly.

I must first highlight that Alexis resolved my situation in two minutes. After a wait of an hour and a half. The care system they manage is truly very slow and inefficient. Well, it is unheard of that each person's wait is more than an hour. This simply shows an inefficient system of attention and resolution of needs. It is not logical that manager Victor and the staff take it as normal. Showing users that they don't care how long they have to wait because that's how Xfinity service works. Frustrating. Since I was only going to pick up a modem for delivery, I spent 54 minutes on a call with the operator before arriving at the store.
