DO NOT GET COMCAST! Terrible company! Alway surprise billing costs! Avoid Manger Juan - he can careless about customer issues, rather find excuse as to why he should make you pay more than you were promised. Extremely unclear customer service reps, do not properly document or process promises plans. If I could give a below zero rating I would! Save yourself hundreds of dollars by going to ATT!

This review is for Xfinity in general and NOT the store.Customer Service sucks. I'm still waiting for a data usage report to arrive to me. They said 30 minutes, it's been 12 hours. Called again this morning andy call turned into a sales call. I hung up. Ridiculous.If you an get another service, go with them.

I want to write this review about Angel he is an excellent employee and is very good at his job. he is really good at explaining things and very welcoming he told me and my mother that he is being trained to be manager and he well diserves it for the overall experience j had with him and he's a fast worker

We made an appointment prior to arriving and we waited only 10 minutes for a service rep to come to us. Very surprising considering the crowd. Our issue was rather complicated but the staff worked diligently to resolve it. and offered suggestions on our plan that made sense. We were very satisfied.

I hired an internet service that was offered as good, the reality was a disaster. The service is useless, today I don't have internet and when I complain they don't give you a convincing answer either, they just try to keep you as a customer to continue charging. I had to cancel it because it was inefficient. If you are going to hire their services, be careful, they have a platform to answer calls where it is almost impossible to speak with an agent, unless you request a new service, when it is for claims they never come out, they leave you hours waiting on the phone indefinitely . It's a scam, beware of unprofessional people. I do not recommend it

Very good treatment, very nice place, but first if you want to know something about the place, such as if you can call to see if there is a type of watch or cell phone in stock, you cannot do it because there is no telephone in the place or stores that can help you. attend, if you call the number that appears on Google maps you get an I had to personally go to two stores, stand in line, wait for them to call me and then tell me that they didn't have that watch there, it's a waste of time and gasoline for the pleasure of it.
