Before my night ends I just wanted to take the time out to acknowledge the service I was given at this residence early in the afternoon today. It was my first day doing uber eats delivery and the young lady at the front desk showed the utmost customer service when it came to assisting me and reassuring me she was very patient with me if all of the this company’s employees are just as kind as she is they are truly golden

Love this place! The team here at Courtland in Midtown Miami is incredible — Dżastina and Maria always go above and beyond to make sure everything feels like home. They’re kind, attentive, and truly make the community special. Couldn’t ask for better people here!
The recent updates to the pool have made for a great community experience. I WILL NEVER LEAVE.

I had such a great experience leasing at Cortland Midtown. The whole process was super smooth and stress-free, thanks to Dzastina. She was really helpful from start to finish — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to all the questions I had.
The community itself is beautiful — very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The apartment I moved into was spotless.
Although I had only met Dzastina once for a tour, she remembered me and the needs I had, which I truly appreciated. She went above and beyond to make the process easy and made me feel like more than just another applicant.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. Cortland Midtown is a fantastic community, and I’m especially grateful to Dzastina for making the experience so positive. Highly recommend!

Zachary is a fantastic Manager of Cortland Midtown Miami! He resolved my problem immediately and is so friendly and helpful. I love the service team, they are able to resolve my tickets immediately and perfectly. I love living here for the last four years! Living at Cortland Midtown has been a great experience. Andres, Dzastina, María, and Zack in the office are always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever I need something. Guillermo from maintenance is outstanding—he’s reliable and takes care of requests right away. The building is well kept, the amenities are clean, and the team really makes it feel like home.

I had the pleasure of working with Andres, a fantastic sales agent, when I toured the Cortland Miami building, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in my search for a new home.
From the moment I arrived, Andres was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored the tour to highlight the features of the building that would be most important to me. His deep knowledge of the amenities, layout, and overall vision for Cortland Miami really stood out.
Not only did he take me through every detail of the building, but he also walked me through the various floor plans, pointing out the thoughtful design choices and how they align with modern living. The building itself is stunning, with high-end finishes and amazing amenities, and Andres did a great job of showcasing these in a way that felt informative, not salesy.
I especially appreciated how Andres made me feel comfortable and confident in the decision-making process. He was patient with all my questions and was more than happy to provide additional information without any pressure. He made sure to follow up after the tour, giving me space to consider everything, but also offering to help with any additional details I might need.

I’ve been living here for a year and I love this place, my experience has been very positive. It’s a large building with many units, concerns will naturally come up, but this team reacts quickly. Maria, Dzastina, Andres and Zack are always kind, helpful and the maintenance team very effective and of course big shoutout to the concierge team, 24/7 on the go. Thank you so much guys.
