EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT? CUSTOMERS: I'm dismayed and DISAPPOINTED by the floral arrangement I received from YOSVI FLOWERS. It was a stark contrast to what was advertised, both in quality and design, and arrived damaged. The substitutions did not match the promised value, and the lack of communication about these changes was misleading. This experience has eroded my trust and I will not return or recommend their services. ~ OWNER: I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the floral arrangement I recently purchased from your establishment. Despite understanding the substitution policy outlined on your website, the final product I received was not only a far cry from what was advertised but also of significantly lower quality and, to my dismay, arrived damaged. Your policy mentions that substitutions are made with items of equal or higher value, ensuring the style, theme, and color scheme are preserved. However, the arrangement I received was mediocre at best, featuring what I perceive as inexpensive and lackluster selections that did not align with the original design's aesthetic or value. This deviation from the promised quality is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price paid. Furthermore, the condition of the arrangement upon arrival was unsatisfactory. Not only were the flowers not fresh, but the overall presentation was also compromised, indicating a lack of care and attention to detail. This experience has left me feeling deceived, as the value and quality I was promised were not delivered. I was also taken aback by the lack of communication regarding the substitutions made. Had I been informed of the changes, I could have made an informed decision about my purchase. This lack of transparency feels misleading and undermines the trust customers place in your business. Given these circumstances, I find your substitution policy to be a convenient excuse for delivering subpar products at the expense of customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to see such practices in place, as it not only affects the immediate experience but also tarnishes the reputation of your business. I regret to inform you that due to this experience, I will not be patronizing your establishment in the future. Additionally, I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from facing a similar disappointment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider revising your policies and practices to better align with the expectations and trust your customers place in you.

I received flowers yesterday from my son as a Christmas gift the flowers arrived with the small roses dead. I took pictures and made a video and contact the business and I haven’t heard anything back. The representative on the phone tried to swear me down the roses was not and the flowers was good the picture is what I received. So be careful of what you order from this place because they will not follow up after they send damaged goods.*UPDATE* Since I’m just seeing the owner response saying I didn’t mention anything about the conversation. Let me tell you all after many times of trying to get the problem corrected, I was advised and the owner acknowledge one of the roses was in fact dead. He told me they would send someone to exchange it. Guess what everyone THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS PLACE AFTER CONFIRMING MY ADDRESS. SO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW STANDS, PLEASE EVERYONE IF IT’S A SPECIAL OCCASION WHICH IM SURE IT IS IF YOU’RE ORDERING FLOWERS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MY SON WAS SO UPSET AND KEPT APOLOGIZING TO ME WHICH I ADVISED HIM HE NEED NOT TO. He just wanted to make his mother feel special on Christmas being away in the military knowing I love flowers. But I did not let these people ruin his moment. Please listen to these reviews and our experiences.

Simply obsessed with the "Smile of Sunset" flower arrangement! They also went the extra mile to communicate with me when the hospital turned them away for delivery. Driver called me and confirmed a hospital person contact... flowers were delivered!Best Flower Shop in Miami!I recommend to everyone!

This is now my second order. I am as impressed as I was the first time with the size, freshness, design, and quality of the display.For husbands who worry that the bouquet arriving may be a disappointing version of the photograph, this is a good place to shop and then relax!

I don't write reviews often, but I had to for this location. I ordered flowers for same-day pick up and they were ready within about 4 hours (expected since it was so last minute). Some reviews on here had me a little worried, but most are from ordering through 1800 Flowers. I ordered directly on the Yosvi's website and contacted them through the phone afterward to confirm my order, and I had no issues. I picked up directly from the location. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I recommend Smiles All Around by BloomNation. I ordered the standard, and the arrangement was still full with no sparse space -- just gorgeous. Would order from again!

My mother ordered flowers for me. They were delayed. She received a message that they were delivered and called me. I didn’t receive any flowers. The surprise was ruined. I had to check with the doormen and there was nothing. She had to call to figure out what happened with the delivery and it was a mess. When the flowers arrived they were all damaged and didn’t look good. The quality was the same or actually worse than a grocery story. I would not order anything here and I feel bad for my mom who didn’t get to surprise me, had to stress about a misdelivery and overpaid for bad quality flowers.

I received a flower delivery from this shop. The flowers were left infront of my apartment door around 6:30pm and they did not knock or anything. I would have never known I got a delivery had I not gone out that night. Also the green leaves were brown and the flowers were poor quality and wilted. Most of the bouquet was wild flowers and it was small and pathetic. I did not let the sender know to avoid hurting their feelings.

I ordered flowers over mother's day weekend and was very unimpressed with what was delivered. I paid for the sweet cream deluxe and received a completely different color scheme than what was advertised. I am also pretty positive we received the standard size. The picture advertised is standard and what was delivered seems even smaller and completely different. It was missing flowers like the ranunculus, the lambs ear, and lavender. We received a bouquet that white roses with pink dye vs actual pink roses. We had bright purple I think statice vs lavender. also there is a ton of greenery which isn't pictured at all in the advertisement?! The entire thing is just not what we wanted. Upon contacting them they had me text a number which is understandable because it was a busy weekend but since then they have gone silent. The text I received was basically saying it's "high season and this is an acceptable bouquet in their eyes"if that is the case I should have been notified BEFORE the arrangement arrived so I could have cancelled since this is not what I wanted. never ordering from here again.
