“I am a resident at an apartment complex serviced by Ultimate Towing. The employees are very kind and understanding. It's easy to be frustrated at the situation because getting towed sucks, but they're just doing they're job to keep the spaces open on the streets for the residents. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have a regular place to park for where I live, which we can all understand would be rather frustrating.
