Customers highlight the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, particularly Dr. Allen, Miss Jessica, and Miss Cathy, who go above and beyond to ensure patients' needs are met and their costs are minimized. Reviewers report positive experiences, with one family member describing the staff as "amazing" and the overall service as the "best customer service" they've seen in an eye care facility.
While most customers express satisfaction with MyEyeDr., one reviewer encountered issues with the accuracy of their prescription and had to seek a refund, which resulted in them having to pay full price at another optometrist.
