I love Dr. Margaret Allen. She has always been a professional and treats you with the utmost respect.She takes your eye health very seriously and does everything she can to insure your eye health. The office staff were nice and helpful. We were late and they still got us in and out quickly. The music in the waiting area is very inappropriate for a Doctors office. I was offended by one of the songs. That is the only thing I can complain about.

They text me on last Friday 23 Rd of February said that my glasses were ready for pickup so I went in on Saturday the 24th and they went to give me my sister's glasses told them that is not me was my sister so they went to go look for mine and they couldn't find them it's been a week my exam was on the 13th of February and I am still waiting now my sister went for her exam on the 14th and she already has her new glasses and got more done to hers then I did won't be going back there ?

Super nice staff. They were very busy the day of my appt but were still very attentive and took time to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

Horrible service from the associate. Jessica right up to Shane the supervisor. They were over charging for my lenses and basically called me a liar when I told them I was not offered warranties. They said at the original purchase that scratch resistence was not covered under my insurance. It was! I now have a scratch on my lenses and they want to charge me $179. This does not include the discount I was promised and come to find out I cannot get a discount. Beware all! Grossly overcharging.

My son just left appt. Was charged $80 for a contact FITTING fee. Left appt without a fitting. I called to question this astronomical fee because being a contact wearer for many years myself, I have never left an appt without being fitted when getting a new prescription.I was told that the fee was for his contact prescription. The woman I spoke with was very rude and condescending. We paid $160 for 6 months of contacts, but $80 dollars for a single trial pair!? That math doesn’t seem correct!? Very deceiving, IMO. Needless to say, we will never give them one more cent.Do not recommend. Only gave 1 star in order to leave a review.

I had my first eye appointment at this office today and i genuinely loved it so much. All of the staff were very sweet and patient. I was in there for an hour max for a checkup, dilation, and buying a new pair of glasses. My insurance was also able to cover most of the costs!!

I was way over due for a new exam and eyewear. Scheduling was easy online. They followed up by call, text, and email. Staff was really pleasant. The exam was at my appointment time. Such a relief these days for something to be on schedule these days. Everyone was personable and professional. I do wish they had a larger selection of higher end men's eyewear. They didn't pressure me into buying add ons. All in all, great experience. If you aren't too picky about having the highest end eyewear, I would recommend MyEyeDr. Middleburg.

Had my kids appt cancel because they said I didn't confirmed my kids appt even though I confirmed their appt. Supposably, the system cancel to add more patients in if there was a cancellation but the problem was I didn't cancel and I confirmed my appt. The lady I talked to put my on hold for to get a customer relation number but never returned to call. I had to recall the office and the gentleman was nice and rescheduled me and also gave me a number to call. Hence the extra star only for the gentleman.I called the number only to be informed the number is no longer in use and I had to email them instead. There is big issue where we as patients are penalized for the error of your system and now I have to wait for my kids to be seen due to negligence on the part of the company.

I love this place! I have been getting glasses from here since I was 6-7 years old! I'm 19 now and just had another appointment today! I love Dr. Allen and her staff! They also helped me a lot when trying contacts today as well! Overall, this is a great place to get an eye exam, glasses, and contacts!

Dr. Margaret Allen is an amazing doctor. I believe I have just gotten the best service ever. The staff were very inquisitive on the proper eye wear and I greatly appreciate all of them for taking such good care of me and my eye care needs!!!!!

Hey again, my dear readers!! I'm baaacck!!It's been a while since my last post, and it's good to be back ☺️!!! Here goes....This is a review of an experience that I had when morito mio (my husband) and I went for our annual eye exam. You see ... we're 60+, and we need to get our eyes checked out every year. We went to myEyedr, in Jacksonville, FL, on Argyle Forest Blvd.The waiting area, eye exam room, the hallways, and eye testing room were all clean. Eye testing machines in each area that I was escorted to were cleaned in front of me before and after my testing was conducted and finished.Staff members, including the eye technicians, greeted my husband and I with smiles. My doctor, Dr. Allen came into the eye exam room with a great smile. Genuine.You see, the key to knowing if a person's smile or whatever they say to you is genuine,is if there is a sparkle in their eyes. Each person that I encountered @ myEyedr were kind, friendly, and professional to my husband and I.Dr. Allen is a WONDERFUL doc. She used a gragh to explain why she needed to dilate my pupils and spoke in layman's terms for me. I didn't ask her to do that. However, I'm so glad she did.Thanks so much to the staff, including Dr. Allen, for being so helpful, showing kindness, and being professional!!Finally, my dear readers, PLEASE take care of yourselves.P.S. If you're wondering if Dr. Allen washed her hands before she began my exam, the answer would be... YES. She washed them well and with soap !!

Ignored by the 5 people working there until 1 man asked if he could help me as I was about to leave. Their selection and that man is why there are 2 stars instead of 1. I won't dare go back - it's terrible to feel unwanted.
