“Easy excess plenty of parking space. They have all kinds of nice things to buy in side there store. Gas pumps easy to get to. And if you have there app you click on it point it at the pump answer a few questions then start pumping. When through hang up handle. And be on your way.”

“30 years ago this month I obtained my CDL. I say that to say I have been in a few truck stops. Today, Sunday the 14th day of March, 2025, I visited the Pilot in Midway Florida for the first time. Excellent experience. Spotless store but more importantly the bathrooms and shower were immaculate. I seen a gentleman named Shawn cleaning my shower before I went in and he was as thorough as it gets! SPOTLESS. Also, his demeanor and the demeanor of his other co-workers was just blessed. So kind. So polite. So warm. So much so that I sought out the general manager to let her know that an old man on the road away from everything he loves but for that big rig and his pup had his spirit and mood lifted on this beautiful Sunday from God. She was attentive, thankful and wanted to know if anything could be approved in my opinion…..I literally saw nothing. My new truck stop coming through the panhandle of Florida from now on! Just a fabulous experience for this old truck driver!!! 10 out of 10!
