“The lady that isn't dressed like a Mechanic was polite and nice (pretty cute too). Mechanics seemed to have fixed the problem well. Just wish the job would have gotten completed sooner than it had. Rivets (that's all that was needed), can't be that hard to go and pick up from supplier. Outside of delayed time, great place to get trailer fixed. (Took about 3-4 hrs for small hole)”

“Great guy & very professional. My friend locked her keys in her car. I had seen Mr.Dannys business around town so i figured I'd ask. He said he doesn't normally do that kind of job but he would try to help. Really meant alot to us. Especially because we had groceries in the car & because of covid-19. She didn't want to be in public any banter than needed. He came very quickly & was very efficient. He worked it like a magician & had us back on the road in no time. We will definitely call him in the future for any towing needs. This was something he didn't have to do & he did it anyway. Which really goes to show how much he cares about his community.”

My car is pretty low to the ground and he took extra care in lifting the car to not damage my front bumper or my intercooler.. hands down my best experience with a towing company. “This company was so efficient and professional. I had been waiting on two dispatched tow drivers from Payless towing for 5 hours, a woman alone on the side of the road getting dark 5+ hours from home. They were still an hour and a half away when we contacted McGhee towing who showed up within 30 minutes and got me where I needed to go. Great service, can't brag enough about how nice, quick, and compassionate Mr. McGhee was making sure everything was taken care of.”
“I usually don't write reviews, but I had to write this one. I went to capital hitch today with my ram pro master city van, and they put a hitch on not only was it great excellent quality and friendly service to my surprise this evening I went to open up the back doors of my van, went to grab the small door, because the hinge is broken and swings all the way open, but it didn't this time it stopped apparently while capital hitch had my Van some one one of the employees took it upon himself and put a new hinge on the door. Surprise surprise, thank you capital hitch for the good old southern A1 hospitality service , you have put a smile on this ol gal! you are awesome Shelly”

After hours on a Friday night, they were responsive, prompt, courteous, gave me a discount and even jumped the dead battery in my car for me so I could go home in peace after an exhausting and overwhelming week.
