“Don’t let the looks of the place fool you—it’s not fancy, but WOW, the service was great! 😂 The guys in the office were super friendly (even got a cool lesson on lovebugs) and Eric was CRAZY fast changing our flat tire! He got us taken care of and back on the road in no time. When you’re traveling and dealing with a tire problem, you couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you, Eric and the whole crew! Highly recommend!”

“Had the unfortunate experience of having a dead battery while we were out of town. Getting a jump is covered by our insurance so they scheduled it with Parkway Wrecker Service. Tyler came in about an hour and 15 minutes (15 minutes earlier than expected 👍) and got us started. He was very informative, knowledgeable and super friendly!! Gave us some very helpful tips and even looked over everything once the vehicle was up and running! Would absolutely recommend them if you have the need. Thanks Tyler & PS.. I was able to find an open store to get a new battery!”

“This is the only shop I’ll take my vehicles to! These guys are the only shop with integrity in Tallahassee. After an awful experience at the shop across the street, Precision Tune Auto Care, I took my car here instead and was so impressed with how easy their process for getting quotes and approving them, their communication, and speed were all incredible. Everyone from the front desk guys (shoutout Jason) to the mechanics were incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I’d pay extra just because of the customer service!”

“This business is the most Honest and Professional place in town. Shortly after moving to Tallahassee, my wife's car was damaged in 2020. I always remembered their integrity and how good their repair was. I recently had an accident, so I obviously went back to Sheffields. Mr. Sheffield really took care of me and my wife. I just can't express the great work and honesty this place has. Do not go anywhere else.”

“Best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of using! He knows his automobiles and doesn't lead you into any unnecessary expenses and always gives me a great price for repairs and any towing I've needed. 100% trust this guy and his mechanic he has helping him. Not too happy with the older lady in the office though. Was pretty rude to me and unhelpful!”
