“I’ve been using Emerald Coast Automotive for about six years now, and they have gone above and beyond every single time I’ve brought a vehicle to their shop. Because I travel frequently for work, my biggest stress has always been vehicle trouble popping up while I’m out of town. Over the years, my wife and two teenagers have all run into car issues while I was away. Finding a shop you can trust in those situations is tough, but the crew at Emerald Coast has completely removed that worry. They treat my family like their own, and I never have to stress about anyone taking advantage of them while I'm gone, which is unfortunately hard to come by around Milton. Their communication is second to none. They are completely upfront about expectations, honest about what actually needs to be fixed, and more than fair with their pricing. There are never any surprise charges or unnecessary upsells. Finding an honest, dependable mechanic makes all the difference, and these guys have earned every bit of my trust. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for quality work and genuine peace of mind.”

“I had a couple of scratches on my new SUV. I went to the shop to get an estimate. The owner came right out and looked at it to give us the estimate. He went and got his tools, buffer and chemicals and I was done in less than 10 minutes. The car looks as good as new. He was very professional and friendly, shook our hands and introduced himself. I certainly recommend this business!”

“I called several businesses looking for a specific item with little to no responses. Phil from Butler Recycling (East Milton) contacted me and said he didn't have what I needed, but could get it, and he did. He was friendly and professional and made this a great transaction.”

“In my experiences here it is 50/50 whether you will deal with an employee who is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to help; or, an employee who just can't be troubled and/or clearly doesn't want to help me buy.”

“Will always come here for any battery need from now on. Very nice people very helpful. Brought battery to them to buy new — auto parts store test unit had deemed old battery as burned out. They always check anyway and found it was completely discharged not a drop left in it and explained test would be impossible without at least attempting to charge it. Which they did (I left it with them to charge). Received a call next morning to let me know the battery was perfectly fine and plenty strong — it was simply deeply discharged — no need to replace. They could have sold me an almost $200 battery but chose to verify the auto parts store’s diagnosis. How’s that for an honest business? I will do everything through them. Not only for my family but also for the small fleet of trucks I manage at my branch of a nationwide fuel supplier. Declining one sale in order to be fair and treat people honestly now has gotten them what will be my loyalty forever. Thanks you guys!! -Bob. “The three gentlemen that were closing on March 19 were extremely helpful. I wouldn’t have been able to finish my project without them. You guys sure do have a good crew. It is hard to find people as dedicated to customer service these days. They deserve all the kudos. they even stayed late to make sure I found what I needed.”

“Excellent customer service!! I purchased several items from these guys 2.5 years ago, floor boards, back rack, radiator kit and front bumper. It started rusting. I called them and we discussed what I was using to clean my machine with which was the cleaner, Awesome. They told me they would re-powder coat all the items if I took them off my machine and paid for the shipping to and from them, for FREE. I thought that was great customer service because the rust is 100% my fault. Thank you guys so much! I’m definitely a customer for life. But don’t use Awesome to clean your machines. 🤣”

“I can almost always find what I am looking for here for my automotive needs. Very upbeat, professional and courteous. The employees are up to date on their parts line, and what separates brands. This is important to me so I can make the most informed decision on my purchase. Just bought 2 AGM batteries there, so their Veteran's discount saved me over $30.00. Definitely recommend.”

“Oil Change might seem minor to most but for me, it tells a story about service. Today, 9/2/2026, the Walmart auto care center close to Hwy 90 in Pace, Florida performed said service on my auto. As a former mechanic and gas station/service business operator, I know some things. This day I received better service than found at car dealerships. In fact it was fantasticly better. My windshield was cleaned, my windshield washer fluid to topped off, and finally they lowered and set the hood down properly. They did not slam the hood, which a dealership did and ended up breaking the latch. They treated the components carefully and inspected various items while under the hood and below the bottom of the vehicle. So....Thanks to: Tara A. Daimen C. Brett H. Excellent work and appreciate all of it.”
