“Roger and Johnny have proven themselves to be assets to my business by running their repair shop with hard work and honesty. I drive for a living and it's imperative that I keep my vehicle on the road in the best condition possible. I have been through a lot within the last two months by taking my vehicle to some corporate, chain linked express shops to do repairs on my vehicle and they have put me through the run of the mill and taken advantage my need to keep my vehicle moving. After I had gotten repairs done at this express shop, I began having more and more issues than ever. My truck ended up at Everetts Transmission and after things got cleared up on that side, he recommended I come to Emerald Coast Automotive group so they could work hand in hand to get me back on the road between engine and transmission issues. They had a wait time, but it was well worth it and Roger looked over my entire truck to find some of the repairs I paid the express shop to do, were not done correctly. These two gentlemen have been honest and did the most they could to keep things cost efficient for me as they understood what I've dealt with previously. I will not be taking my truck to anyone other than Roger and Johnny from here on out. Thank you for all your prompt communication and hard work while getting me straightened out guys!”

“Update: My insurance denied the supplemental but the shop is making things right.Overall, the repair was done decently, however they missed a few things such as a missing fender liner plug, primer overspray on the trunk, gunk on the bumper reflector, and scuffs on the taillight. Not a huge deal by themselves and they've agreed to fix those issues.BUT BEWARE: They had to remove my back glass and side glass and they damaged them both and also put a large scratch in the paint along the trunk lid during the process of removing the glass. They also severely cut up a window seal in the process. My rear defroster also isn't working right anymore. When asked about those issues their response was their glass guy said "it is impossible to remove glass without damaging them. If I want them fixed, I need to tell my insurance I am unhappy with the repair and ask for a supplemental claim to replace both pieces of glass." So now I'm waiting for my insurance to get back to me.So, if you're getting your vehicle repaired here, know that if they remove any glass, it will get damaged and reinstalled. And insurance doesn't cover tint so you will have to pay for that out of pocket.”

Steven has helped me out a few times when I’ve gone in, always polite and helps get the parts I need; rest of the crew there are great too. If they don’t have it they will get it. Recommend folks stop in here vs the other stores, you will find what you need and hear a good joke or two from the fellas behind the counter.”

“Bill and Richard helped me twice,First time whole hub came off trailer,They were on it immed2and didnt stop till they were done.Second time i called ahead had a wheel seal on trailer going.They met me at a rest area with parts in hand ready to rock.Mind you i could have pulled into a TA or Loves,But with the roadcall and parts was cheaper then those other places.Plus i knew the job would be done right.These guys are a pleasure to work with,Professional and knowledgeable.I would use them again and again even know they are both old farts....lol”

“May be the best buying experience we've ever had. Did our research online, called to ensure vehicle was available, set up time to stop by. Vehicle was pulled up and waiting under cover (it was raining), Kimber was so easy to work with, was flexible to our timing (we were able to run out for an early dinner while finance paperwork was getting done versus sitting around until it was our turn). Mark (finance) was the quickest to get us thru all the paperwork, no push to sell add ons, pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about everyone we interacted with! Bravo!”

“Orders a back rack for our son last year and now I ordered a set of foot boards for his renagade. I had accidentally told the gal. On the phone the wrong year and she then called me back still knowing who I was from the back rack my wife that ordered it last time. She corrected the year and is now making sure the correct foot boards come to us. That's amazing service right there and I couldn't be more happier with lucky 7.
