“I was just there this past week with questions about refinancing my car. I originally went in to deposit a check and ask just 2 questions about refinancing, but the gentleman there encouraged me to talk to Summer, one of their advisors. He checked me in, and before I had time to sit down, my name was called. I told Summer I just had a couple questions for her because I have never refinanced a car... This is my first time figuring out how to be an adult. She was BEYOND helpful!!! She was so quick and efficient, not only did she answer my questions, she managed to refinance me with a significantly lower interest, a lower car payment, AND she put an extra $500 in my pocket from doing it!! In the process I was approved for a credit card with the best possible apr and benefits!! I went from being nervous and unsure if this was a good idea, to feeling ecstatic that I did. I am so happy with Summer!! Definitely deserves some kind of bonus or raise for sure!! Side note: I have banked with 6 other banks before and I would say Gulf Winds is your best bet hands down. I have been to a couple different branches, and the 4 I have been to have been super helpful!! They also have a lot of benefits and rewards when you bank with them as well!!”
