“I am an avid couponer with Dollar General and have been to many locations. Today I had to come to the Garçon Point location. I honestly, did not even know this location existed until I was on a hunt for a specific item. When I walked in, I immediately noticed how much cleaner this location was than any of the other locations I shopped at. I needed assistance getting some items off the shelf and the manager was very helpful. I commended her on the cleanliness of her store and she mentioned that she had just taken over. Good job Dollar General….looks like you hired a good one. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes it takes to get to this location instead of being faithful to my current location simply because it is clean.”
“I went in there to grab something real quick and they have great displays of their Easter stuff so I found a few more items than I was expecting to purchase. Overall the experience was good. The cashier was friendly and accommodated me well. I recommend this store because they seem to have everything you need in a pinch.”
“I put ice-creams in the toy isle and let them melt, evilmaxxing little by little, next I will come in on 9/01/21 and place the whole contents of the icecream freezer into the value valley isle and wait for someone to trip on the gooey mess. Cant wait to see what happens”

“Definitely struggling, but always massive potential. A lot of very nice gems to find in there. Inadvertently found something I really needed, for a great price. Be forewarned though, as of June 2026, the AC is struggling. I am heat sensitive and I could really freak out in the store during my casual stroll.”

New employees are an improvement in help and assistance. Not sure about product displays, it appears management is moving products to different locations.”

“I was born and raised here in Milton. Always loved shopping at Dollar general. I have literally seen this place evolve over the many years it's been In business here in this small town. Every year it grows. Hell I remember a time when dollar general never would've had a fresh fruit and veggie section. Love this store and all the employees there.”
