“Disregard all the negative reviews. This is the only location I use anymore. The staff are exceptionally nice people. I run an online record store and have shipped hundreds of items with them with 0 issues and fast delivery. Postal annex can’t provide scan in tracking to acknowledge receipt of item. I’ve lost several using them. The postal offices in Milton and pace are always slammed with people. You can use Alyssa’s and assure you will have great customer service and speedy delivery. Thanks!”

“I've used their PO Box service for almost 3 years now. The lobby is always busy, but they get through the line very quickly. I have all my mail sent there, and when I have packages I always get them- sometimes later than expected, and they may have to search for them, but they've never been completely lost. The customer service reps are great, the post master is courteous, and they are very accommodating when possible. They never seem annoyed with th huge number of packages I receive regularly. My one complaint would be that informed delivery is rarely logged correctly if at all, which is a huge issue when I have to drive so far to go check my mail only to find nothing but junk mail. I've reported this as an issue multiple times and I've seen no change in the amount for mail that is actually scanned in or a consistent pattern for what is and is not scanned.”
