US Post Office provides fast delivery and excellent customer service. The staff are exceptionally nice people. Many customers ship hundreds of items with 0 issues and fast delivery. A postal worker was the nicest postal worker encountered and helped locate misplaced mail. A complaint about a package delivered to the wrong house was resolved within 30 minutes, with the package found and placed in the mailbox, and the customer was called to apologize. Customers find the service very impressive.

The only post office in the history of the world that has to remind you every time you drop off a package to remove labels and use a sharpie like anybody has time for all that garbage I've been shipping things for 30 years and they're the only post office that has to say that every time, welcome to Pace Florida..

The dropping off and shipping of packages is great. But for some reason the delivery driver for my neighborhood has dyslexia or something and frequently places packages meant for one house at another. This happens to all of us. Its not even like mistake a 5 for a 6, its stuff like mistaking a 3 for a 7 its bad.
