“Everyone at this Auto Care Center was extremely nice and helpful when I needed my oil changed after my former mechanic way overtightened the oil drain pan bolt and destroyed its head in the process. Particular kudos to Eric R., Milton O., and especially Obrayan G., who worked tirelessly underneath in the bay with a special bolt extractor to get the old one removed intact, after I had tried and failed to get it out myself. Although the head was completely deformed, fortunately, the threads on the bolt & the pan were fine, and he replaced the bolt, oil and filter with the new ones I provided, exactly as requested. Normally an oil change is a relatively easy process, but not this time at all, yet Obrayan and the team here made it seem easy, and now my car is purring along again just fine. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Carlos and Jimmy. I had loose battery terminals on both the positive and negative sides that needed replacing. It was a Sunday, and I called just 10 minutes before arriving to see if they could help. Carlos immediately told me to come on over.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, directed where to park, and then guided to pull in under the awning when a spot opened. They popped the hood, replaced both terminals quickly, and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes—problem solved!

I’ll admit, I had seen some negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This was hands down the most pleasant and efficient handling of any car issue I’ve experienced in over 20 years of owning my vehicle.
