“Dixie is by far the best technician I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable and hard working. I felt like her recommendations weren’t upselling, but genuinely what was best for my car. Kendall helped with the service and was very efficient.
Dixie and Harris were so great to talk to. The service would’ve been faster if we hadn’t been yapping, but I was loving the conversations!”
“I am new to Florida and my experience was good. Everyone was very polite and I was able to stay in my car while I received my oil change. Overall great experience. Thank you”
“I’ve always gotten my oil changed here since I have owned this car. Recently had a transmission flush. I don’t drive the car often so I didn’t notice the leak until a week later. Carlos the manager got it all sorted and fixed. Just a gasket issue. Great staff. Thanks everyone.”
“Yo me & my girl came there after eating breakfast and they were cool and very professional about my truck I have an F350 Dully Diesel power they took care of my big girl”
“The lady mechanic caught that my lug-nuts were on backwards on one tire. I had my tires done last at a mom & pop place in my very small hometown in Texas. Thank you for catching that. Honestly, I always get the best care from female mechanics at Walmart, whether it was Texas or Florida.”
“I visited the Walmart Auto Care Center for an oil change and two new tires. Overall, the experience delivered exactly what I was looking for: convenience and the best price in the area.
The Good:
Value for Money: It’s unbeatable. If you're looking to save money, this is the place to go.
Quality of Work: The service was done correctly, with no issues and no surprises when the bill came.
No Upselling: Unlike many other shops, they didn’t try to push unnecessary services on me. On the flip side, they weren't proactive about suggesting other maintenance either—they just did exactly what I asked for.
The Reality Check (The usual):
Wait Time: Even with the shop looking relatively empty, the wait was several hours long. This is pretty much the standard for Walmart and didn't stray from the pattern.
The Verdict: If you want something practical and affordable, this is a great choice—up to a point. If you’re in a rush, it might not be for you, but for a straightforward job at a great price, you can go without worry.”
