“Brought in (rode) my Specialized road bike with a rotten through tire. Tommy took care of me right away to get back on the road. I asked if my front tire might need replacing (I’m a novice so I have no idea) and he told me it’s solid. It’s incredible to still have local shops that are honest with top tier customer service. I highly recommend Robins for any of your bike needs! Please, don’t buy from Amazon or Walmart if it’s a few dollars cheaper for a bike lock, come and support great small businesses like Robins!”

“Remarkable folks. Started with my calling to schedule a tire repair on my Retrospect Cruiser. Very friendly down home attitude, but with useful knowledge and experience.
Brought the tire in and while waiting for the repair, had a good chat with Rose and ended up buying a used Taxi for my grandson who will be visiting us soon.
John also gave me a couple good points on the Cruiser bike tires.
Overall a very enjoyable encounter with some good folks that have been running a a quality business for quite sonetime.”
