I asked her about the prices and which tools would work best for my yard, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. “Ace hardware is the place I go when I need a specific piece of hardware and knowledgable service. In this case, I needed a lock box key made and was not willing to pay $10 for it to be ordered at the self-service machine at Walmart. Here it was 2 for $5 and done as I waited. Thank you, guys. You're the best!”
“If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!”
