There were two people ahead of me (not to see a teller); I had to do a wire transfer. No one was around to help anyone when I first arrived. The teller told us to wait but no one was there. Then there was only one person working with 'other' customers and I believe she is the Manager. Waited over an hour just to be waited on. This is terrible customer service. Everyone was polite but polite just being polite doesn't get the job done.

This place is always busy with A-line for the ATM. Service is all right they are friendly But they are the only Wells Fargo nearby. I understand them being busy constantly because of this, but they should also understand this so that they can get the lines moving faster here. Not the greatest not the best but for convenience sake why not.

I opened a new account today and Jessica Long was amazing. She was professional, funny and very easy to work with. Although I am a new customer, I highly recommend Wells Fargo and working with Jessica. She made me feel extremely confident and assured me she had over 19 years experience in finance and would take care of me.
