“This location finally has someone who actually cares about the customers who patronize this location. Joenny is competent takes the time to listen and makes sure the information is accurate when she sets up the account. The previous and a few others that are currently still working here can care less about your customers or your company. They are here just collecting a paycheck. I was here several months ago the office was open and side door was open and other people that was vacuuming their vehicles stayed the person just up and left, a male individual. This particular site has had far too many incompetent staff members. I sincerely hope you actually appreciate this hard working and dedicated employee Joenny. She actually smiles as you approach. This is a quality and response our company requests of its employees. Smile before they approach then give an authentic greeting. She does both and I recognize and appreciate her work ethic.
