First time using zips and probably the last time. My car was mildly dirty. No mud on my car. I did the basic plus package for $18 and it didn't get rid of many of the spots on the hood, grill, and bumper. I would probably have to pass through 4 times before it got it. The only thing that helped was the kind staff.

My experience at Zips car wash was very good. Customer Service very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, being it was my first time. The manager, XaQilya was helpful and displayed such quality of leadership and assisting her team. Thank you again
