“The costumer service, professionalism and excellence in this pharmacy is top notch. Every time I call them I am so impressed with them. I must admit I’m one of those who never write reviews but always like to read them. I had to write today because I think they deserve it. They always, always, always! Answer the phone, always nice in a good mood. It may seem silly but trying calling other local pharmacies … They call you to remind you about your refills. They deliver to your house at the date and time they say they will. Even the delivery guy is so nice… I don’t know how they do it but they must have a really good team there, because when employees are happy they show it by how they treat their costumers. Great job you guys!!!”
“I love shopping at this Publix. The workers are friendly and the store is always kept very clean. However, I wanted to leave a review for Richard that works in the deli. Richard was very kind and patient with every customer. He paid close attention to their requests and made sure that everyone received exactly what they wanted. His service was amazing! ?”

“Good Publix location in River Run plaza with lots of other stores. In this plaza there is a checkers and wings plus also a Subway. There's also I think a Chinese food place. This location can gets very busy and parking for Publix is sometimes difficult. If you enter in off of Miramar People sometimes park In the middle of the road and it can get backed up there. The side of the plaza that faces Palm is less busy. Sometimes it's best to just part park on that side and walk to Publix from there. The dry cleaners on the corner has decent prices and has been there for a while. There is also a bank in the Southwest corner. There is also a metro PCS store and a cricket wireless store. The cricket wireless store often plays music that can be heard throughout the plaza. There is also a large beauty supply store on the left hand side of Publix. On the side that faces Palm Avenue there is a there is a Barbershop. I didn't cover every store but There are quite a few other businesses in the plaza. Hope the info helps. It's a large plaza with many stores during the holidays the parking lot gets very busy.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE, they don't answer phone calls. I spent more than an hour trying to talk to someone, this is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this pharmacy because they do not answer phone calls, I needed to find out about a medicine that I have been waiting for since yesterday.
I tried to put 1 star but it wouldn't let me post it, that's why I put 5 stars and now it works HOW STRANGE!

“I’ve been utilizing this pharmacy for quite awhile now and it’s the best. The prices of medicines and the willingness to seek alternate drugs that are cheaper is warranted. Paying exorbitant prices for big name pharmaceutical drugs is not an option . Genevieve the pharmacist and her staff are amazing with their professionalism, courtesy , helpfulness and ability to listen is unmatched. I also love the fact that they remind you of refills and keep track of necessary vaccines . I highly recommend!”

“I've been coming to this Publix Pharmacy now for over 6 years and they're customer service is absolutely second to none but a special shout out goes to Nicole. I've never met a pharmacist that cares so much for her patients. Nicole always goes out of her way to make sure there are are no contradictions with any of the prescriptions you receive. She genuinely and sincerely cares for her patients (or customers) She is the consummate professional in everyway. Always greats you with a smile and you never leave with any questions. There are a lot of pharmacies, so why not come to the best one? And I’m sure they all take care of their customers but it's great when Nicole greets you with a big smile, asks how you are genuinely feeling and most of all remembers your name. To me she is more than my pharmacist but a good friend that really cares about how you are doing and always asks if you have any questions... you (I) never leave with any doubts. Thank you Publix but most of all thank you, Nicole for caring!!!”

I order two cakes one was bigger and the other was smaller .. they messed up on the small order and I felt like it was rushed last minute even though I order like two weeks in advanced . Bring your patience or go behind the store down to the end. Store is usually well stocked. Staff is usually helpful. Bakery dept is the rockstar there. They don't change things up as much as Costco does which can be good or bad depending on how much variety you like in your food. However they have Scan and Go in the app and that is heaven sent!! I don't know why more people don't use this.”

Well this is my publix. This Plaza is located by Miramar Parkway and a little 184th Ave. Close by Sunset Lakes. This publix is well lit, clean, organized and always well stocked. Never gets really busy (and if they do get busy, they are pretty efficient) There is always plenty of parking even during peak hours.”

“The worse pharmacy .Got a call last Thursday from the pharmacist telling me my prescription was just sent out by ups and that I would have it on Saturday or by Monday morning.well by Monday afternoon it had not even been filled. I have been without my medicine for 2 days. This is one mis managed poorly run pharmacy.no one knows what they are doing”

“Today I had a positive experience at CVS located at 6890 Miramar Parkway. Items were located easily , store was clean and Associates were pleasant and helpful. At check out I was assisted in using all my coupons and benefits and I noticed how the Cashier patiently assisted some elderly customers to do the same. When the check out line became a bit slow because of assisting the elderly, the manager came out of his office and offered to check persons who were not using cash. I was truly impressed by his actions. Excellent service. Thank you CVS staff.”
