Horrible customer service, they don’t greet, ignore the customer, over 15 minutes waiting in front of the window drive through area and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I spent over 20 minutes to make a simple deposit.

Walked in at 12:30pm with a $50k check to open a checking account. Despite the interior smelling like 20 packs of stale cigarette smoke, I sat down to wait. There was one customer in the branch and 4 employees. After waiting for about 5 minutes, a lady emerged to tell me that no one would be available to help me for at least an hour and I could try back at 3pm. Lol. I’ll pass, your loss.

The WORST bank Truist can possible have. The employees are rude, and couldn’t care less if you need help, they don’t even look at you. I just witnessed someone wait at the teller window for 15 minutes while the tellers just stood there. With all the horrible reviews, and bad experiences, I don’t understand how this branch this still open! After my experience today I drove down the street and opened an account with Chase. I’m DONE with this bank and the horrible customer service

Every time I go or my family goes there there is something that can’t be done despite the place been always empty. It looks like a place from the 80s. It’s depressing to go there. I live across the street and prefer to drive 5 miles to a different branch just to avoid the place. Referred a friend and had the same issue ?

Horrible customer service in Miramar, was standing in line with no one infront of me for 5 mins before I was acknowledged and every time you need something or tell them something they reply with a know it all answer. I was clearly telling the teller what customer service told me to do and ofcourse they say that’s not how it works lol fire everyone at this branch 0 stars

John Ramirez helped me get my account back open when the other managers at the Miami Beach branch couldn't. You're a stud brother! Thank you

I wish there was an option for no stars. I truly wish this bank didnt take over Suntrust. This bank is unprofessional. They don't answer their phones or emails. I went in person to ask for online wire option to be set up. She took a minute and said she had to unblock it and assured me that she did so. Only for three weeks later I still can't wire out and they do NOT RESPOND to calls or emails. Don't waste your time. I will be closing my account where my business isn't valued.

This bank is predatory. My wife and I were out of town and they allowed almost 50 $10 transactions go through on my small business account - and charged us a $36 fee for each one - that they refused to refund. I was a happy Truist customer and we were about to move our personal banking there - but their your position is to steal from small businesses then they will never see another cent from us again. Anyone considering opening an account should stay far away.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I’ve been sitting down waiting to be attended to for 20 minutes and I got frustrated and left. The employee waited until I was out the door to tell me she was also done. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location

Bank is making unauthorized transactions on my account. I submitted a claim with the North Carolina Office of the Commissioner of Banks.

Horrible customer service. We wanted to open an additional account with them. We waited over 20 minutes and they only acknowledged us when we left. Before that, not even a hello. We are never going back to that branch.

This review is based on my experience at Truist at Hiatus and Pines Blvd. I called Truist and three different agents told me three different procedures for removing a beneficiary from a money market account. One agent told me that the beneficiary needs to sign a document. One agent told me that either person of the two persons could remove the beneficiary. The third agent told me that both signers on the account need to sign to remove the beneficiary. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, the agent told me that the appointment is "...not valid. Truist is going to take down the appointment system soon". No apology for the inconvenience. So we waited. It was as if we never made the appointment. We wanted to add a beneficiary to another account. The agent gave us a form to sign but it did not contain the ACCOUNT NUMBER. I physically wrote the account number on the form. When I asked how I could verify that the beneficiary had been added to THAT account, she told me to call. The two Truist agents kept speaking Spanish to each other during our visit. I have no idea what they were saying to each other. It was as if we were not sitting there. If you speak Spanish, you will be able to listen to and understand them. Stay away from Truist. If you want to get multiple headaches, bank with Truist now.

Couldn’t get any of the 4 branches in my city to answer the phone on all extensions I tried. Took a trip there and was helped by a rude older man that said I should’ve called to see if they had enough cash for my check.
