If I could give Frontier 0 stars that’s what it would be!! The help customers receive is below ground level in my opinion. This is my third attempt of trying to return equipment after canceling my service and moving to Star Link which provides exceptional service and reliability. Every person that I have spoken with was either Asian or Indian that cannot speak the English language at all or very little. No disrespect towards the people I have spoken with because we all need a job but due to the language barrier my return boxes were sent to my old address after telling the young lady that my address had changed and confirming that with her several times. The second attempt was shipped to somewhere in New York which is a long way from Alabama. I’m now on my third attempt and can’t wait to see where this one ends up. Frontier has sucked since the day I got it but they just keep raising the price, seems like every other month. Anyway, do not use this company for anything. You will thank me later, I can promise you..

I live in rural Alabama and Frontier’s service is terrible. It’s been particularly terrible this summer and even more terrible the last three weeks. Our neighborhood has lost service every two-three days sometimes outages lasting in excess of twelve hours. We are currently closing in on a 36 hour long outage.
Frontier has recv’d more than $250 million from the federal government to upgrade rural America. I suppose they’re lining their own pockets with those funds as I’ve experienced zero improvement in service. It’s time to write our representatives in Washington and report this fraud and abuse of taxpayers money and demand they return the money.
Oh, and hey, they have yet to offer me one penny in credits on my bill.

I hate this company so much. There is supposed to be an app. It has never worked. When you tr to pay through the phone it doesn’t tell you how much the bill is. This is a joke. Customer service is so beat up they don’t even try to care. Why are you this way

Placed an order to have them come out and install wifi in my home took off work for it they sent a text message to cancel my order and I couldn't get an actual human on the phone don't do business with these people

I wouldn't have the internet service! They don't care about there customers. Applying for help .. finally get the credit to cover internet for a senior citizen and they say that they are not accepting the credit anymore when the computer says to contact ur internet company before the 7th of Feb.. . 2024. .. no stars. Shame on... The CEO of this company for taking advantage of the elderly

GARBAGE! Internet dropps constantly. Takes 4 hours just to watch a movie. Frontier's answer is to reset the gateway over and over. Don't waste your time and money

Previous reviews say it all. Will start by saying I have no choice in using this service, it is the only ISP in my area. My experience started out great. Friendly and helpful technicians for installs and internet performed better than expected for the first 9 months of service. Now The service is constantly going out and intermittent outages make it a chore to work from home. Will update as the situation develops. **Updated to 3 stars for Frontier listening and fixing the issue!

Recent technician Brian was one of the best repair persons I've ever had. He completed the repairs in a timely manner with courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. While I can't say many good things about this company in general, my most recent dealings with their staff have been very good. Brian was EXCELLENT! Office personnel were great too in my most recent dealings.
