“I'm there every work morning, plus Sundays before church. This store has the most terrific staff and general manager ever! Phil (GM) is meticulous in keeping things stocked, and keeping the store welcoming and clean. While he is highly deserving of whatever promotions you might offer him, I selfishly hope you don't take him away. There are three other Racetracs I could visit almost as easily---and they are all of the newer, bigger, more-options models---but, as long as Phil is the GM at this one, I'll keep going there.”

The store manager is truly exceptional. She always greets people with a warm smile and treats everyone like family. Tonight, even with long lines and a busy store, she handled everything with ease and professionalism. She was assisting other customers, managing the flow, and running back and forth to make sure everything went smoothly. Her leadership and dedication really stood out.

“When ever I’m in a new town the first thing I find is the Racetrac the coffee is great the gas prices are great. Most importantly the people are awesome they are always happy to see you. When you walk in they all say “Good Morning “ not that plastic Welcome in ? Lady Sara Lady Alex Estelle and the young Fella Brandon it’s like walking into Cheers they make every patron fee like Norm. “The corner store I go to for lottery and scratch-off tickets. I don't drink beer but I see a lot of my friends go there to buy it. So I figure they must have good prices. Same goes for certain brands of smokes. I would say most other stuff is comparable to the major convenience stores. Staff at store is also friendly which is a big plus.?”

“The pharmacy was excellent! I had 4 prescriptions called in on a Monday morning in the rapid era of Flu season and all my prescriptions were filled and ready in record time. Laura was an angel at the front counter. Kind, patient and polite. She was everything I needed in a person this morning (As I am nursing 4 very sick family members). Matt the pharmacist (I believe that was his name) came right out to help me select the correct OTC cough medicine I needed. I wouldn't have been able to locate or figure it out without him. He was very patient kind and polite as well. Never rushing. All the staff in the back helping others and working were all staying busy, working hard, staying on track while providing kind and considerate service.
