“I'm there every work morning, plus Sundays before church. This store has the most terrific staff and general manager ever! Phil (GM) is meticulous in keeping things stocked, and keeping the store welcoming and clean. While he is highly deserving of whatever promotions you might offer him, I selfishly hope you don't take him away. There are three other Racetracs I could visit almost as easily---and they are all of the newer, bigger, more-options models---but, as long as Phil is the GM at this one, I'll keep going there.”

“I want to leave an honest review of my experience with this CVS pharmacy because, after nearly nine years of using this location, I feel it’s important to acknowledge both the excellent service I’ve consistently received and the experience I had yesterday.
I have been using this pharmacy for my son since he was born almost nine years ago. He has been on a maintenance medication since he was five, which requires me to pick up his prescription every month. Over all these years, I have had overwhelmingly positive experiences with this team. Greg, Amy, and Pam have consistently been wonderful, and even my interactions with Pam and Greg yesterday were excellent.
Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with someone who I believe may be newer to the team. I’m unsure of their name, but they called me twice yesterday regarding my son’s medication, and I sincerely hope this review reaches the appropriate person.
The manner in which I was spoken to was unnecessarily aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. I understand that working in a pharmacy can be stressful, and I’m sure the people working there deal with difficult situations every day. However, frustration or stress does not justify speaking to a patient the way I was spoken to.
I have personally worked in healthcare for more than 15 years, so I understand that every interaction may involve circumstances that we know nothing about. Patients and their families may already be dealing with significant stress, and sometimes a simple question or request for clarification is all someone is asking for. In my case, I was genuinely trying to understand what was happening with my son’s medication. I was met with a level of impatience and unwillingness to help that honestly left me in disbelief.
There is a way to communicate a policy, explain a situation, or tell a patient that something cannot be done without making them feel as though they are a burden for asking. Compassion and professionalism matter tremendously in healthcare, especially when dealing with medications for children.
Thankfully, Pam called me back and took the time to explain the situation more clearly, and our doctor ultimately sent in a new prescription that seemed to resolve whatever issue had been occurring. Pam, thank you for taking the time to help me understand what was going on. And Greg, thank you, as always, for your kindness and consistency when I came in.
I have remained loyal to this pharmacy for nearly nine years because of the great people who work there, and I truly hope this was an isolated experience. I’m not expecting perfection from anyone, but I do expect patients to be treated with basic courtesy, patience, and compassion.”

I stop in several times per week and see pizza available by the slice maybe once out of 50 visits. I've been told that I'm coming in at the wrong time. The daytime?? Management: You're losing $125k/year in food sales. Get a part timer in there to man the ovens.”
