“North Orange Animal Hospital is AWESOME.They have been our vet for nine years. Family owned, family run, & family oriented. Having them take care of a total of two large dogs and four cats over the years has been an absolute pleasure. Not only are they deeply concerned for the health, wellbeing, longevity, comfort, and happiness of our furry family members, but they are very reasonably priced. They don't run unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds just to make more profit like some other vets we've had. From the days of Covid, they have a system set up allowing you to stay in your car while they take your pet(s) in and bring them back out to you. The vet will come out to your car to talk to you about their findings and recommendations. If you prefer to go inside with your pet(s), that option is also available. I could go on and on, but just know that they are fantastic and our pets love them, too. ❤️”

She came out late evening to help us with a horse that was colicking as well and checked in with us throughout the night and next days. I have also seen Dr. Herrera do dentals on horses and he is so patient. Cant ask for a better team!”

“This has been our go to vet for quite a few years. The doctors and staff had always been top notch. Ever since the practice has been sold it's not quite the same. I hope the front desk folks figure it out before more people are chased away. When a little old lady needs help for a sick pregnant dog and the lady can barely walk herself, you do what you need to do and have compassion and see the dog. They told the barely moving old lady to talk her dog to the emergency vet. This was a judgement error on the front office folks part and really has gotten me thinking about changing vets.”
“I am so glad my dog Beau was treated by Dr Close. The Dr remove a mass on his eyelid and he has fully recovered and is doing great. Thank you Dr Close and all the staff that helped. “Everyone at Eastside is fantastic. From Dr Geiler and Dr Sweeney to Cindy, Janna and all the techs and front desk ladies. They were so very, very nice to me on Feb 1, 2024 when I had my morkie there for a dental. I came ans sat in the lobby from 1pm on because I was a wreck at home. I had lost my shih tzu 2 weeks before that in the car as I was driving her there to try and save her. I would recommend this vet's office to anyone looking for great doctors and everyone else there. Thank you to everyone. You really understood what I was going through and let me just wait; no questions asked.”

“From what it was this store has came a long way. This store truly does offer a lot of supplies for all animals. They even have isopods incase you are creating a bio active terrarium. To be honest I don't really come and chat with any of the staff besides at checkout but the store if perfect for going in and grabbing the supplies you need, whether it be food, grooming supplies, toys or tanks, they have it all.”

“My cat ended up hospitalized at the emergency vet over the weekend and they told me to follow up with my regular vet immediately upon discharge for further hospitalization.I called on the way over and they were able to fit my cat in with my usual vet (Dr.Brown) within a few minutes of arriving. Dr. Brown was wonderful, was very patient and understanding with explaining some surprising and new medical issues to me, and spent as long as I needed talking about management options without rushing me, even though they were short staffed. Dr. Brown was honest with me and told me she felt comfortable letting me take my cat back home instead of stressing her out further for additional diagnostics that weren’t really needed at this time, based on her examination and the results we had from the emergency vet. (She has always been really good about being patient and slow with my very nervous cat, even during her regular routine check ups). She said I could call back or come back in if I wanted to at any time, and went over in detail what to look out for.The emergency vet was pushing for a surgery for an unrelated issue that I was pretty skeptical about due to my cat’s new breathing issues, but I declined because I wanted to follow up with my regular vet first. I am glad I did wait, because Dr. Brown went over all of the details and options with me and so far my cat is doing well, no surgery needed. The technician was wonderful as well, super kind and empathetic. I was really anxious the entire time my cat was hospitalized and really nervous after leaving the emergency vet, but felt much better after seeing the staff here.”

“I took our 10 yr cat for a checkup. The people were very nice and treated our kitty very professionally.It's quite amazing to me that taking care of a cat is almost as expensive as taking care of a human. They can get very sick, fairly easily.Fortunately, our kitty wasn't in bad shape. She has teeth issues, like I had, so I understand the challenge.It's costly, but well worth working with these professionals.This was on the wall in the room they worked on our kitty.”
“As sad as I am writing this I would highly recommend the VCA to any of my friends and family. I had been to three different vets beforehand with no answers. Unfortunately the outcome was not what I was hoping for but the staff and the vet I saw today were VERY compassionate when I had to put our dog down today. I’m 100% sure we all cried. “This place has cared for my dog, Dodgy, over many years from the moment i adopted him all the way to the saddest of days in which my pet had reached a ripe old age and was in a lot of pain. As soon as I came in with my ailing pet, everyone from the receptionist, to the assistants, to the vet herself showed nothing but the utmost compassion and understanding. My pet was always a nervous creature by nature and I cannot think of a better place for him to have received all his care. Of course, i write this with tears, because it was a painful day. But there was a moment that remains etched in my head and it was one of the staff took my little dog's paw and said gently to my pet, "no more pain..." She said this in such a tender and gentle way that you realize the difference between a person that works a place and a person who has a vocation. Thank you for making this difficult time easier for us, truly thank you. Your attention to detail left nothing out. Thank you again.”

“I have been going to Atlas Pet Clinic for several years now. They have great vets. I am partial to Dr. Luz Rodriguez, because she is the one that has seen my Doberman the most, the one that removed a cyst from her and she listens carefully to what we have to say. She also does a thorough exam of our Dobie. She loves on her and is very gentle. The techs are also loving and good with the animals. The front desk is professional and friendly. I am particularly fond of a young lady name Jessyka. She goes above and beyond to try and answer questions or take care of your concerns. When she says she will follow up on something by speaking to one of the vets, she does and always emails me back (which is my preferred way of communication) as she can do it as her convenience and so I can. This young lady has been a God sent to the practice but also to me. Dr. Rodriguez is also very good at getting back to me if I email with a concern. Over all, I highly recommend Atlas Pet Clinic. Check them out and see for yourself.”
