Attention Branch Manager: I have several business accounts with Chase Bank.
Coleen Browne was extremely rude and unhelpful during my visit today. I had to walk out because she was just giving excuses and talking over me to not do her job. Unacceptable!!
Not expected from a Chase Bank.

Treated me like garbage even after banking here for over 10 years. I keep my money with AMEX now as they have the best customer service. Chase should take notes.

Went in to transfer my business account to Chase. And also open up an account for savings and checking. But unfortunately I wasn't greeted correctly. The ladies in Chase have a very arrogant attitude and this completely turned me off as a business owner. I don't think this location understands the value of where it is and takes their customers seriously. Will be keeping my business somewhere else.

Just started an account with chase and I've been having trouble withdrawing money. Will be removing all monies and going with another bank. Do not recommend.

Switched from BOA to Chase 3 years ago, and have always been well satisfied with the staff.

CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! Don’t ever try reaching this bank by phone or the six or eight branches in the area because they will not answer the phone and then when you get shifted to the national number they need to call the branch to get information and they can’t get through on the phone either! Warning will Robinson!

I have been with Chase bank well over 10 years. This location has been the hardest to work with. If I want to withdraw money, I have issues. If I want to cash a check I have issues. Thank goodness for the mobile app. The people are friendly, just need more training.

Horrible customer service at this branch. Horrible service from the entire company in general. They try to entice you with fancy deals but do not open an account with this company. They will screw you over and not give a single care.

Literally the best bank I've ever had. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'm always greeted by name and a smile. Tara has helped me so much with both my personal and business banking. I've referred just about all of my friends and family here over the past 7 years. Huge shout out to the gals and guys and the Mount Dora location for being such a great example of what customer service should be!

Always a pleasure doing business with Chase and any of their personable employees to assist in our banking needs. Thank you for the wealth of knowledge gained throughout the years of financial freedom, stability and planning!!

Closed all accounts here. There were never any employees working in drive thru nor inside. Was very odd.

I moved to Mount Dora about 6 months ago and have been a long time Chase customer- even before it was "Chase!" Since there is a branch here, I did not initially consider switching banks.Sadly, their drive thru ATM was recently destroyed and their lobby ATM sometimes does not work. I know these things happen and, at first, did not worry much about it. However, after a few weeks of the drive thru ATM not being replaced, I (kindly) inquired about the timeline for replacement since I often deposit there late at night after work.I was truly stunned at the person's reply- it wasn't her saying, "Someone took sledgehammer to it ...it's not like we don't want to fix it....we don't know when it will be fixed, you will just have to wait" it was the WAY she spoke to me- just plain RUDE. There was NO reason for her to speak to me with the awful tone in which she did.I am sure she's tired of answering the question, but I have personally never asked before, am worried for my safety, and need to plan accordingly if the services I need are unavailable long term or indefinitely. I was not demanding or rude to her at all and certainly did not deserve to be treatd with such disdain. All she had to do was just be kind and answer. If she is unable to be kind, she should not work in customer service or at least not be in the first cubicle to the right as you enter their facility. If I was not so stunned by her reply and her attitude, maybe I would have caught her name.Truly this was the FIRST unkind encounter I have experienced from anyone since moving here and I am seriously considering changing banks.
