We received good service for our 2 visits. However, the tellers and Customer Service reps are in constant 'sell' mode. It's a soft sell, but still bothersome.

I love Chase! I have been with them for approximately 30+ years! I just went by there today to get copies of my statements for 2 yrs. Michele was very sweet and helped me immediately. My wait wasn't long. She was so personable. Thank you Chase and Michele!!
