“So I walked in the store with a bad attitude from having a bad day, when I was greeted with smiles from two different customer service reps. One of the reps or maybe the manager eased my stress by helping me locate the items that I needed. I really appreciated that because I don't shop for myself and I didn't know where to locate the items I intended to purchase. I liked that! I am very impatient and she was able to help me with my purchase and out of the store in adequate time. I'll be back!”

No matter how busy things are in the store, Jenny takes it all in stride and never seems to get rattled. She is very knowledgeable as evidenced by other clerks asking her questions.
