“So I walked in the store with a bad attitude from having a bad day, when I was greeted with smiles from two different customer service reps. One of the reps or maybe the manager eased my stress by helping me locate the items that I needed. I really appreciated that because I don't shop for myself and I didn't know where to locate the items I intended to purchase. I liked that! I am very impatient and she was able to help me with my purchase and out of the store in adequate time. I'll be back!”
“Very small grocery store and not a lot of options. But I will say that as someone with occasional anxiety it was nice to have everything in a small room. The staff was friendly and worked very hard. Felt like a real small town grocery store. Will definitely be back when I need some small essentials.”

“This is the cutest DG I've ever seen! They have the cutest produce section. I understand esthetics doesn't mean everything, and I didn't buy the produce which is what really matters, but next time I stop by, I'll grab some.I had been to 3 different cities in search of specific straws that I could only find on the dollar aisle and couldn't find them again. I had given up. Until this store.. They had them!The shelves, specifically the soda aisle was almost empty, but I'm attributing that to the fact it's a brand new store and probably didn't get their shipment in yet.It makes me sad that this beautiful store is in Howie-in-the-Hills, and far away from any decent town or city, but I'm sure I'll visit every now and then. “Move this dollar tree!! They have stuff that I can’t find at my old dollar tree. This one is closer to me now. They have placed 2 new self checkouts and is pretty easy to do. It’s always a bit messy but I don’t mind, it’s like finding special treasures everywhere. Lol”

“For many years I lived in Goodlettsville, Tn. The DG literally a minute away from headquarters was ALWAYS trashy with carts blocking aisles; matter of fact every DG in Nashville & surrounging areas I've been in are always a mess so I never liked to go in them (Except MAYBE the one on 31 in goodlettsville). This location is AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC! I've never been in there & not been able to access any aisle due to blocking. Headquarters, THIS needs to be your test store, not the one on Conference drive in Rivergate or any of the stores in the Nashville area. Any time I've gone into the Apopka location the staff is ALWAYS nice.”

Pretty convenient spot to get in and out of and parking is never a problem. Decent prices especially with all the inflation that's happening. Always a pleasure shopping at this store.”

“A few weeks ago I broke my glasses. I had to go to post ofc which is next door to dg. Never been in this store. A very nice helpful girl directed to me where I could find them. Got them and she was busy doing something but asked if I needed to check out. Yes please. I hate self check out. I asked her if I had picked out the correct strength not only that but offered to cut the tag off. How thoughtful and a very pleasant attitude. Elderly like myself really do appreciate kindness. “I get that there’s not enough help, but if you’re going to close early at least post a sign on the front door or update the hours of operation. Posted hours on the front door say open 8am - 10pm. I tried to shop at this location at 9:15pm and the doors were locked.Another tip, turn of some of the lights so the building looks closed.”
