1. Every time I come here with an appointment for simple things like an oil change/rotation it takes hours because their garage is always overbooked.
2. Customer Service/friendliness/decency completely takes a back seat to sales. I’m purchasing my second set of tires in 14 months today. The initial reason for my visit was some wobble in my steering wheel. Which is most likely due to tire ware and alignment. But it could also be a bad tierod or ball joint. So I asked to have those two things those checked. Checking only consist trying to wiggle the wheel side to side (9 and 3) and up/down (12 and 6) when the car is elevated. If there is play up/down it signals a bad ball joint. Play side to side signals a bad tierod. This is directly connected to tires and alignment service anyways. To do this they wanted to sell me a full vehicle inspection in addition. To which I declined, and explained this adds 30 seconds of labor per wheel and doesn’t require a full vehicle inspection.. The associate looked at me with most obvious attitude like I’m a bad guy for asking for something that should be done and included as a basic courtesy with my tire purchase and wheel alignment.
Update: Checking this is literally included as apart of their alignment service.
Probably just not going to come here anymore.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time is minimal and they let me know what is wrong and they give me a time frame for the repair. Each repair has been great. Volvo S60 owner:) Yes, they work on foreign cars too:)

Service was fast and friendly. Spent only an hour from the scheduled appointment time to getting my keys back (oil change and tire rotation). The mechanics maintained a level cleanliness to make sure they didn't track dirt, grim, or oil into the interior of the vehicle. Front service personnel were welcoming and personable making the overall experience stress free.

Got another estimate from a local shop for the AC repair. Most of what Firestone wanted to do wasn't required. From $1700 to $650. Corporate has been contacted, but to date they have not returned my inquiry. Avoid this place at all costs.

I won't be back. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude to my son about his AC, making inappropriate comments about how he caused the AC to fail and he can just "sit in his hot car then." In recent visits I have been overcharged for service (shocks), and been told I needed service done that I had already had completed. I was told I needed new tires today even though the tires on the vehicle are not very old and are in great shape. This location has really declined, and I cannot in good faith advise you visit them. Find another local reputable mechanic to do any work.
Update 5/2019 - I've been here a lot, and I *feel* like the quality is declining. There used to be a manager here that was really top notch a couple of years ago. I don't feel the same way I did before. On a recent visit they presented me with a laundry list of things that needed done urgently, but some of them had recently been completed by the dealer. On my last visit I was informed that I needed 4 new tires, partially due to the fact I had not rotated them enough. I bought them from this location, and they do all of my oil changes. I figured (incorrectly) that this was part of what they kept their eyes on. It feels more about money and profit now - more than it ever has. Quality here seems to have declined, and I'm hesitant to recommend them in the future. I've been a serious advocate for this location specifically, but I'm having doubts. Too bad.

Had to get 4 new tires on my car. And aliment. Great service. It's a little busy there. But service is good. I usually drop my car off cause it does get busy. Customer service was good. I would recommend the mt.dora store

We are so pleased with the help Walt and Chad provided for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect . I highly recommend this store and ask for Chad or Walt they will take care of you and their professionalism it is something hard to find now days. Remember if you are at this store Chad and Walt are your go to guys.
