They were prompt on getting me in the same day. They even finished sooner than expected.

To be honest, it is because of KelliI’ve been going there 15 to 20 yearsThey are convenient and that was the main reason I went thereOwnership of a car is a big responsibility and can be costly. I choose to take care of my car because I want to drive it for as long as possible. I had a Nissan quest when I was a sales rep and I drove it to over 250,000 miles, I think about 10 years. I’m proud of that.Fire stone had a woman working at the store, and I truly truly loved her. She was awesome, very service oriented, very professional. She knew her business and I trusted her she left or was let go. I’m not sure I don’t think the guys really cared for her. They didn’t give me much information about where to find her and then Kelli came on board. if it weren’t for Kelli, I never would’ve gotten my tires and brakes done there. I don’t feel comfortable dealing with the men there. I I don’t feel appreciated or valued. After 15+years of business, they don’t even act like they know me

I got new tires at Mt Dora Firestone, went to look at tire date to make sure they were not a year and half old , noticed my rims are scratched. All little circles are on the rim where they took the tire off. Not too happy , the thing is they weren't even gonna tell me that they scratch my rims If I hadn't gone out and inspected my tires, I wouldn't have known, although they did reimburse me some money for them after I complain that they ruined my rims .

From the moment I called Firestone to ask for help, Kelly and Chad went out of their way to locate my problem and do everything in their power to resolve it. They offered to take my car for a test drive with me so they weren’t going with “just my word” and could see the problem for themselves. Kelly also saved me over $180 by not changing my back brakes when I was told they were @ 2mm by my Honda dealership. Kelly said they were @ 6mm and i would be spending money that I didn’t need to. My appointment was very pleasant and worth my time. They have my trust!

Everyone from the front desk to Walt and the techs were very helpful, friendly and professional. Fee was reasonable for the work and it was done earlier than anticipated.

The person checking me in was very courteous and efficient. I received a phone call afterwards detailing the service and cost and was given a choice on what I wanted to do now or wait. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to make a decision or even to have everything done right now. When I said I wanted to wait, I was given information on what to watch for when the time came for the work to definitely be done. When I returned for my car, the discounts I had applied for online were automatically applied by the person checking me out without my having to first ask for them to be applied.

I visited Firestone in Mt Dora recently. I had never been there before. I had a small job but one that was important to me. I will just say this. I will never use any other shop for my car care needs. They were on time for my visit and took care of my problem very quickly. The manager was first class and very professional in all aspects of service. For sure I would recommend to anyone to use this business for your car car needs. No reason to look elsewhere I trust them and they really have their customer's needs as their top priority.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the group of individuals who work here. Especially Chad. Visiting friends in Mt Dora, we were set to leave Saturday morning to go home to Buffalo NY, only to wake up with a flat tire from a nail. We got to Firestone, they took us right in with no appointment and got the new tire and install done in about hour and a half. We are so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you so much. We got home safely thanks to their hard work.

I’ve used Firestone for years. I’ve always been treated with respect and they’ve worked diligently to provide the best customer service possible. Even when they couldn’t provide the work needed to be done on my vehicle, they called and informed me exactly of what needed to be done and why they couldn’t do it and where I should go to get said work done. I can respect a team that does that. Thank you guys for always being trustworthy and helpful.

I don’t recommend anyone to get tires from here. I wasted so much time in this place. I had to take my truck to a mechanic thinking I have mechanical issues. Sure enough the tires were still unbalanced incorrectly. For the fourth time. ?

Not entirely their fault. Firestone the company has some rot that could use cleaning out. The website is either misleading, absent of needed information, or filled with flatout lies (every synthetic oil change comes with checking of filters, etc. Not true, as it turns out). A filter that costs $20 on Amazon is $100 at the shop, not counting labor. (How can they gauge old women living on a pension? People dealing with disabilities and health issues? And it ain't the folks working for a living making a killing on this stuff. It's the savage animals at the top of the top.)Before going in, I called Firestones 1-800# and was assured, given the make and year of my car, that the oil exchange would be $120 or so before any coupons, maybe $130 if the car needed 7 courts (as opposed to 5, which mine takes). There was a little minor drama right as they were pulling in my car into the parking lot. I saw them pull it back and—and don't want to get anyone in trouble. Let's just say I saw what they were doing with the car and when I asked what the issue was I was flat out lied to. No reason to lie to a customer. If there was a minor mistake that you're now fixing, no big deal. It's just like, you know, don't gaslight me. I've already been lied to by the website. So this a systemic problem, obviously. And the guy who lied straight to my face probably was thinking, "I don't want to admit we screwed up and get into a thing with the customer. We're fixing it. I'll just lie and send him on his way." I get that. But, you know, the problem is that if the customer knows your lying to them it makes them want to maybe try a different shop, as in not Firestone, next time he/she needs service.I'm sure it's frustrating working for a corrupt company like Firestone. Maybe they'll get their act together. Next time, Valvoline or Pep Boys or just doing the work myself.p.s. I am amused by the fact that as a response to this negative review Firestone sees fit to assign me a homework assignment. This speaks directly to the arrogance of Firestone. It would benefit from a top-down revamping.Edit: responding to MariahA homework assignment after being ripped off? Thank you, but no. Me thinks not. I'll vote with my feet.
